i just downloaded this site. i set up an email/username signed on and after i enter my email and password to start playing it doesn't let me sign in. Its stuck in the loading screen. i downloaded the mac version. any suggestions?

I would reboot and if that doesn't work uninstall/re-install.

After 24 hours, you can see every single person's hole cards that were at the table (at least with my provider, I'm assuming the same stands for other providers on the network). I write down the hand numbers of any suspect hands, and take a look at them (and other hands at the table involving the two players) a day or two later.

They don't care about missing 1 or 2 hands. It's really not that big of a deal,a nd ti keeps more people happy and less grinders on the site. If they could somehow make the breaks or something more inconvenient for grinders, i would tell them too.

My suggestion of random breaks would take care of this perfectly.

So Bovada misspells a handle for WU. Then I spell it back to them like 3-5 times. They tell me it's correct. I go and send the money and then they tell me that I got the name wrong. I call and correct it with WU and Bovada tells me I have to wait 24-48 hrs for their mistake?! I will never play on this site again in my life if somebody doesn't correct this now. This is absolutely incompetent.

They give me no information as to what the hell I'm even waiting 2 days for. They keep me on the phone for an hr. They tell me they have no supervisor to speak with. Just an incompetent pile of crap this site

Well most MTT grinders I know find Bovada worth playing on enough that no sync'd breaks are tolerable and I have to agree. With all the BS with Merge and Winning's more than lacking MTT schedule Bovada is the best US players have. So I guess I just have to miss a hand or two occasionally and pee really fast.

I just downloaded Bodog and Bovada and both clients will not run on my mac.

does anyone else have trouble with the cashier? i click on cashier, then payout and it gives me the "loading sign" and it doesnt go away. so i close it and try again, same thing. after 4-5 tries the payout page finally comes up i enter the amount i want to cashout and then it freezes when i click "request payout". this continues to happen. im on a mac fwiw. help?
