I give my thoughts at the time of each pic.

First pic: "Wow, I went from $39 to $71 and don't remember. Is this what Tendler meant by 'playing in the zone'? I must have reach the sub-unconscious level of competence. Man I'm awesome........wait a minute, where the eff are my cards?

Second pic: "Better time out just to be safe. There's my correct stack. Why does it say I'm in seat 1 where before I was in seat 5? And why is it showing someone in seat 5 with the $71 stack I had when it said I was in seat 5 (except being in a different physical part of the screen)? The world may never know

Third pic: "83o. The nut hand to have to fold in the dark"

I did look at the previous 3 hands or so and no one had a $71 stack (largest was about $62) so no idea where that amount came from. While I'm at it about %50 of the time I check the "sit out next hand" box playing Zone my client crashes (as it did right after the 2nd pic).

And sinceI'm airing my grievances, no time bank sucks. I understand why they want a faster game, but could they at least add a time bank for river decisions?

This information is great. Sorry to have had this happen, but thank you for the information.

yeah i just tried login but failed i email them and they said they will reivew my account let me n 4 hours gay , just got done with the 5.50 like 2 hours ago 2kgtd finished then was going to late reg for 1kgtd 2,20 wit h5 mins ago wouldnt let me then i logged out have not been ever since like 30 mins now

You get buyins prorated off contestants that are eliminated but as far as chip counts go I'm not sure if or how they account for adjusting pay with that.

At this moment, I don't have any word on what is going on. All I can do for now is offer up the tournament cancellation policy, which hopefully helps those of you that were in tournaments:

Tournament Refund
This will occur if the tournament has been canceled prior to actually starting OR if the tournament is canceled prior to one or more players being eliminated from the tournament.

In this case, all players registered for the tournament will get their buy-in and fees refunded (including re-buys and add-ons if purchased). All refunds are done in the exact same way they were bought. If you bought in with a Tournament Ticket then the ticket would be returned to you.

Cancellation with No Players in the Money
When no players are in the money and a tournament is canceled, all remaining players will be refunded their entry fee and then the prize pool is divided based on the following formula:
1. 50% of the prize pool is distributed evenly among all players remaining.
2. 50% of the prize pool is distributed proportionally based on chip count.

Cancellation with All Players in the Money
When all players are in the money and we do a roll forward, all remaining players will be refunded their entry fee and then the prize pool is divided based on the following formula:
1. Each player receives the minimum prize not yet awarded at the time of cancellation.
2. The remainder of the prize pool is distributed proportionally based on chip count.
One-on-One (Heads Up) Sit and Go Tournaments
Because the outcome of a heads up tournament can be affected when one player stays connected while another does not, we reserve the right to do a chip count distribution if our site experiences a downtime that warrants the cancellation of tournaments.

Guaranteed Tournaments
If a tournament with a guaranteed prize pool is canceled:
1. When players are NOT in the money, the payout will be based on the prize pool composed of buy-ins only.
2. When players are in the money, the payout will be based on the guaranteed amount if the buy-ins fail to comprise the guaranteed amount.

If you do not feel you are fairly compensated, please wait a day or two to allow support to comb through the high volume they face during these times. If, after a day or two, you don't feel you were compensated fairly, then please let your operator's support know and they will look into it for you.

Appreciated Ice, but I feel a little weary when you say you don't have any word. Can you at least tell us that it's just a software problem? If not, that's ok. I appreciate it and I'm sure you will keep us updated

Some MTT should have just cancelled but Bodog probably restarted them (without letting the players knowing), and then cancelled them. When I noticed the $11 $8k GTD restarted I found I have lost some chips. Also I was not compensated for $22R $2k GTD probably due to blinded off without my knowledge.
