Hey ICE, can they fix the feature where u get disconnected for 1 sec and when u reconnect ur booted from the table? its ridicolous. then ontop of that you have to wait 5 minutes to rejoin. Everytime i get on a heater it seems like i get disconnected purposely. very strange

I've read about this bug so many times I'm tempted to guess it's 100% repeatable.

This has been posted about, mentioned and passed onto Bodog hundreds of times in the last 2 years or so. It will never change.

it had never happened to me in 9 years playing bodog it started after there terrible update. who does updates that actually makes **** worse?

If you're asking this question I have my doubts that you've really been on the site for 9 years. Don't you remember the first release of the picture in picture update?

I don't have any sound at the Bovada poker tables. I've tried everything I can think of to fix this -- changing volume controls on PC and in Bovada settings. Updating java/flash.

Any ideas to help me?

Further info. This is still happening, all the damn time, though I've been able to keep the instances more of a rarity thanks to slow clicking. It seems this happens most often when you try to change seats. Once the "sit here" or whatever popup comes up, that's when the software is most likely to crash if you click wrong.

Mobile App suggestions.
1) Remove the banner advertisements. They take up valuable screen space especially on a cell phone. With the banner gone the window can be stretched out more and stack sizes will be more eligible. Also why are there advertisements when your already raking us?

2)Audo/Alerts. Alerts would be great for when You turn your head to look at some sexy girl when your outside at the beach.

3) A more direct link to poker. Right now the front page of the app is the sportsbook. There isn't even a direct link to the casino for that matter.

I don't have any ideas. Have you tried contacting support to see if they can troubleshoot for you?

I'm not really sure what you are looking at... I just tried the mobile app on 2 different phones with different browsers on each phone. edit: It seems like you may be trying to use the app store app. Poker can be found by typing m.(youroperatorshomepage) into your phone's web browser.

Love playing on your network, but I would like to suggest a couple of things:

In the SMPO series, you only have two PLO8 events (a $30 and a $5), would love to see a couple more in the $20-50 range and maybe a $109 like the FLO8.

Also, I play almost every night, and there is a gap at 9 PM in the PLO8 schedule that could be filled with a $10 rebuy, those were hugely popular on other sites. Currently there are PL/NLO8 mtts starting at 7:35, 8:05, 8:35 and 9:35. Would be nice to have the 10R at 9 PM Eastern.

Nice job fixing a few of the major issues (tiling, bet clicker jumping). Few other minor issues, mostly around when I have a 2nd monitor plugged in:

- unable to take notes when using a 2nd monitor
- when I move a table around on the 2nd monitor, it jumps to the top of the screen
- when I click "buy more chips" on a table that's on the 2nd monitor, the window that pops up above the table, often off the screen

I've seen other players mention issues with 2nd monitors. Can you please ask support to look into this? Thanks!

Everytime I disconnect I am unable to look at the hand history viewer, look at my tournament tickets, etc (says can't connect to server or similar) I have to close/reopen the client to be able view them again which imo is pretty silly

I understand why you do a lot of things on this site, but I cannot fathom why when our client crashes (or pc, power goes out...whatever) that we have to manually reopen each mtt/sng from it's individual lobby this is just absurd. An acquaintance of mine plays on Bodog in canada and says this doesn't happen on the Bodog client only on Bovada?? If so that is just absurd. My **** just crashed I already missed hands and now I have to miss more, because I have to manually reopen 4+ games. I know a lot of things you guys do are to keep grinders away, but this is just unacceptable no one likes dealing with this ****

+1000 to the rake on hyper satellites absolutely atrocious that you get to take $1.50 on a $16 game that takes 5 minutes

What exactly did you do to fix this step by step? I've tried uninstalling/re-installing at least 4 different times and haven't had any luck.

I have been having connection issues for the past week like clockwork. Everything will work flawlessly for anywhere from 25 minutes to 45 minutes and then almost like I'm on a timer, BOOM! I get disconnected. I've contacted support multiple times which is useless because they claim it must be my connection. Funny how I can stream HD movies on Netflix on our TV/Chromecast while my wife browses on her tablet and watches the big brother live feeds all at the same time with never a buffering issue, but then when no one is using the internet except for me playing poker I get disconnected.

im still having connection issues. seemed like it stopped happening temporarily when you guys updated the tile and bet slider problem, but in the last 3-4 days its been happening again and often. i would say twice a day it crashes and it wont reopen until i restart my computer. i am on a mac. is this an issue pc's r having or mainly a problem for mac users?

I cut and pasted the above quote from the travel section of this forum. Is the above true? As a U.S. citizen, If I were to move to Vietnam, would I no longer be able to play on the Bodog network even if I switched to Bodog88 from Bovada?

Does anyone else's client close when they click on the blackjack button in the top right of their tables? Is there a way to remove the blackjack button from your tables? It didn't use to be like this it used to just load the blackjack but now my client crashes whenever I accidently click it on one of my tables.
