Been reading about it a little and lookin into it. Would rather not use a third party software that i dont kno anything about to fix a problem that should never have broken to begin with but may have to soon. Thanks

This is Bovada and asking a lot buy why does the stupid box where you select sit out/post blinds/etc always pop back up after minimizing it? If they can't fix the tiling issue after an update over 2 weeks ago, I doubt this will ever get fixed but thought I'd pass it along as it's super annoying.

Hand histories are buggy. This is a snippet of one from yesterday, for example. Note the bolded parts:

What happen to the ZONE Poker promotion running from the 9th-22nd of this month? I do not see it on the promotion page anymore?

It's the huge banner at the top of the page. Biggest thing on the page.

The sit-out bug is back. Guess it was never fixed after all. Or at best it's happening less frequently.

Ice,

The connection issue stopped for a couple days and then resurfaced with an even higher frequency. Now it crashes about 4-5 times per session for me.

I emailed support and instead of acknowledging that there is still an issue they just said they are not experiencing any issues with their site.

Can you please speak with the powers that be and let then know it is still occurring and has possibly gotten worse?

I've been playing on Bodog/Bovada for the last six years and although the software has always had its "quirks" I have never felt unsafe playing until now. Feel like I have to act as fast as possible bc a disconnect may happen at any moment.

Thanks in advance for anything you can do.

I would like to report collusion:
On a 20 dollar NLHE double or nothing 6max SNG, Plr_5499803AI open folded KK while his buddy Plr_9345359IW raised me with AA. The tournament was on 6/10 at 6:25:41.
Is this the place to report collusion or should I do it somewhere else? Should I write an email to support? Is there any other information I need to report? Will anything be done about this?

Fortunately I folded my 99 on a flop of 736 since his preflop reraise was for a suspiciously tiny amount. Ha! However, had the KK raised first I would have folded 99 so if I went on to lose this tourney, I would like reimbursement from the colluders.
Thanks

^. Write an email. They might want tourney number, hand number, and player numbers. And screenshots

In my HM reports, I'm not seeing a tourney number for this SNG, just the date and time. Does bodog have a separate email address for security?

There's both a hand number and a tournament number (which is the same as table name in a single-table SnG). PT shows both these pieces, but not sure about HM. Hand number alone should be good enough, though (and player numbers if you have them, but they should be able to figure out which ones if you give them the hand #). I email my collusion reports to poker@bovada.lv and get responses, so that's where I'd send it. And please do. The more reports, the better.

Ok, thanks. I was able to find the tournament number 8543879 on my HM. I sent an email with a screen shot attached.

Hey guys,

There was a small update that went through, which includes:

- The 4 table tile issue should now be fixed.
- The bet slider issue should now be fixed.

will they ever fix the tiling if you have 2 monitors? it has never worked correctly. it always puts 2 tables on each screen.

What about the connections issue?

having an issue when sitting at zone tables

I was sitting at two tables of zone poker and the Bovada software was lagging so I closed the Bovada application. When I log back in Bovada still has me sitting at two zone tables (noted by the yellow circle) and my cashier is not right. I also cannot sit at the tables that it "thinks" I am at because it says "error: maximum number of zone tables is reached".

I restarted my computer and every time that I log into Bovada it thinks the same thing. Any advice would be helpful, how do I fix this problem?

thanks for getting fixed the only 2 real annoying issues that have been bugging me lately in the resizing and bet slider problems.

also i had some trouble with the new update, there was a blank space where the new casino button is in the poker client (and clicking it caused bovada to shut down). i had to uninstall and DL from site/completely re-dl.

This happened to me today too, although I simply sat out and closed the tables as I normally do. 6+ hours later and it still isn't right. I emailed them and am waiting on a response.

That is probably a mod issue and not something that needs to be reported as a bug. Unless, of course, you are not using mods, drexah, then obviously something is wrong. But I fixed it by removing mods and reapplying

Hi, a few posts up, I reported possible collusion. A poster suggested that I use a screen shot to report the colluders. I promise I will not do this again. I'm a U.S customer with very few options so I don't wish to rock the boat. I was told by security this:

"Also, we've noticed that you're using a third party software which we don't encourage our players to use. We kindly suggest that you refrain from using that third party software."

When I asked security what specific third party software was I using that they wish for me to no longer use, I was told this (cut and paste):

Dear Glenn,

Thanks for contacting Bovada Poker Customer Service.

Based on the screenshot you've sent on your previous message, we see that you're using Holdem Manager. As what was mentioned on our previous correspondence, we don’t allow players to use software that will give other players an unfair advantage and this is stated on our Terms of Service which can be viewed on our website or you may click the link below:

Our Poker Customer Service Team is available by e-mail at poker@bovada.lv 24/7 to help if you need anything else.

I don't wish to cause any problems. All I make is beer money - no more than that. I'm sorry that I reported possible colluders.

yukoncpa, next time just get the Tournament ID # from your HEM, then open your Bovada client and go to Account > Hand History > Game Transactions > Sit&Go Tournaments > Last 31 days. Then find the Tournament in question, and click the + sign on the left, then click 'Show Hands'. Then find the hand in question, write down the Hand Number, and give that number to Bovada support.

What? Come on. I got in trouble for doing this. I'll never do this again.
06-17-2014 , 03:09 AM
No, I just told you a way to do it without sending in a screenshot of your HEM. Just find the hand #, and give it to them.

Wow, so HM is really banned on this site, even with an after the fact analysis. Thank you for telling me how to report colluders without a screenshot. I think I will just not report colluders period. I don't wish the trouble.
