Got an email from support that fixed my issue with being unable to open cash game tables. It might work for other issues as well so give it a shot:

"A lot". How many people would actually join something like what that guy proposed, and would actually stop playing in protest? Of those players, how many are the kind that Bodog wants (rec players) and how many are the kind that Bodog doesn't care to have on their site (grinders)?

My guess is if someone really put forth a decent effort, you guys could get about 25 people to stop playing and protest the site. So yeah, gl with that.

Is anyone else's HH window distorted like in the screenshot I posted yesterday?


Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
Just updated Flash and Java to the latest versions, problem persists
Tried removing the application and reinstalling from the website, problem persists
Tried on another machine also running Windows 7, same problem

Tiling, bet slider, and sound issues have all been sent along and are being worked on around the clock along with working on the connection issues that some are running into. Thanks for all the information you guys have sent along so far.. and please keep sending more if you are running into other issues.

I've been asked this many times in this thread and have never ignored it.. the Bodog Network is not interested in adding this feature at this time.

Bodog_Ice,

I'm having an issue with Hand History screen and Points to Tickets screen. Both are unreadable, garbled and just a mess. Unusable. I sent a screen capture to Bovada tech support, but they claim pts to tickets is not a problem anyone else has complained about. I haven't searched this thread yet to see if pts to tix is already mentioned, but I remember reading the other day somebody else had an issue with HH. Just figured the problem would resolve, but it hasn't.

btw, I appreciate your patience and professionalism through this and other Bovada epidemics.

Could you please post the screen capture(s) in this thread or pm them to me? Also, could you post or pm what Operating System you use and whether you use the Windows client or the Mac client.

I hadn't checked my Points to Tickets window till now, but mine is garbled as well. I'm sure it's using whatever same engine that is causing the HH window the be garbled. Mine looks like this:



Support just responded to my email regarding this issue:

Windows 8 still has tiling issue and now everytime i load software i have to type in my username even tho i have remember me clicked.

I don't recall if it has been posted, but I just noticed that clicking "last hand..." works on some tables but does nothing on others.

getting the same HH issues as dark horse using windows 7. I have been using the replayer for the last hand and it has been working fine

What happened to the 100K qualifying schedule? All of the following tournaments are listed on my skin's (Bovada's) website, but are not on the schedule for today:

$100K Quarterfinal 1 Seat Guaranteed (Turbo) $5 + $0.50 Monday to Saturday at 2:40 PM
$100K Semifinal (DS)** $35 + $3.50 Monday - Saturday at 3:40 PM
$100K Semifinal (Rebuy)** $7 + $0.70 Daily at 11:40 AM, Thursday - Saturday at 11:40 PM

Are these no longer offered?

Issue: Popups

When a new SNG table first appears on my screen it is accompanied by a pop up that says: "You have been registered for the following SNG tournaments . . . "
This pop up needs to be fixed asap. It shows up, gets buried but demands immediate attention. If I don't hit ok, then all other tables freeze until I can locate this popup and hit ok. The games come to an abrupt halt when people try to locate this popup which may be buried under tables that are unresponsive because of the popup itself
Please either - get rid of the useless popup all together or make it so that we can still play hands on tables even with the popup still floating about somewhere, or give us an option that automatically hits the OK button for us as soon as this popup shows up on the screen
