The network switched from points to cash a few years ago. I can pass along a suggestion for more options.. but can't promise anything would come from it. You can also email support and ask them to suggest more options for your points.

My concern is that there is some sort of error that causes problems when cashing out.
You can log into your operator's website, at the top right click accounts > statements > bonus statements. That might give you an answer. If not, you can always email support.
