Stuntman perhaps you should open the Bodog client and view the mtt lobby. You can checkout running or finished tournies. You can look for the ones you are interested in.

Hard to give you answer when there are $10 mtt with 30 players and $10 mtt with 15k prizepool.

I would, but there's no ending time, it only shows me a start time. I guess i can just look at the tournaments running and guesstimate an ending time.

Anyone playing the cash Zone games have trouble with the pre Check/Fold?

with no bets and I'm the BB, if I click the Check/fold button and it just folds me.

I contacted support and of coarse it's my computer's fault. Cookies, cache etc. I cleared everything like they said but it still did it.

Also, the bad beats here......waiting to cash out anyway, never seen such a bad run of cards. Really!

If you hit pre/check fold. It doesn't fold you. You are checking it down. You move tables immediately. If somehow it checks all the way down, you can win. Obviously this will hardly ever happen. I have an easy fix: don't check the button.

As erock pointed out.. your hand isn't folded, it is just put into a permanent check/fold stage. If someone bets in the hand, your hand gets folded... if no one bets, your hand gets auto checked down to showdown.

But when does the money get added to your stack if you've already moved onto the next hand?

When the hand is over.. just like any other hand where you get walked or check down to showdown.

For those that may not have seen it, on Monday the network is running another day of double tournaments! On Monday, most tournaments with guarantees will run twice.. once at their normal time and then again 2 minutes later. This will add over $130,000 in guarantees for the day!

Okay...so in our hypothetical at 50nl.

We buy in for $50. We post the BB and insta-fold without seeing the action. We move to the new table with $49.50 and aren't in the blinds. We insta-fold. The first hand resulted in a walk in the meantime. On our third hand, we're back up to $50.25? We didn't have that $.75 available to bet in our second hand if we'd chosen to do so. The money certainly wasn't going to get added mid-hand. It's a kind of trivial amount for a somewhat unlikely scenario...but I still don't understand how it's being handled.

Sorry! Call me a cynic but I don't believe they pay you if it gets folded to you in the BB after you've moved on to the next hand! That's why I do what erock216 says. I don't quick fold if I'm in the BB.
Think about this.... why are all these sites adding quick fold games? Profit! An extra small blind here and there spread out over thousands of hands can add a significant amount to the bottom line of a poker site.

I've seen the graphic before. It's in yellow text and says something like "$.75 has been added to your stack from hand #X."

Happened to me the other day when it folded to the SB who decided to use up his entire timebank, so halfway through I just hit check/fold, and as soon as the next hand ended, the money was added to my stack.

I've never seen that. But then again, I don't quick fold the BB. Maybe I'll try it.

I think I've used it like 3 times, and that's usually when people are slow and annoying. The time I mentioned in my post I figured he was going to time out so I'd see what would happen by hitting the button.

I stand corrected! Yes I saw $ credited to me for some hands I quick folded in the BB. Bovada is not stealing money by not paying if you quick fold the BB in zone poker.

I'm currently playing on Bovada in the US, but I am moving to Costa Rica in a month. Does anyone know if I have to withdrawal from Bovada and deposit on to Bodog after I move, or could I leave the funds and just switch software?

I have received some feedback on the list that I compiled a bit ago:



*Typing in the bet box doesn’t remove number that is already there

This is being worked on, and the fix is scheduled in one of the upcoming relseases.


*Default buyin logic

There should also be a fix for this in an upcoming release.


*If client logged in for long period, user is unable to access account info and last hand info in client

This is something that is being looked in to.


*Stud 8 issue with the pre-action button

This is also an issue that is being looked in.


*Typing a bet amount and clicking the time bank removes the typed in bet and reverts it to a min- bet

This is also being looked in to. However, it is a lower priority when compared to some of the other things currently being worked on.


*Clicking fold preaction button at the same time someone else folds, it ignores the original click

This is being looked in to and worked on and is a priority to fix.


*If Fold to any bet box is checked, have the table not pop to front when fold occurs

The network will look to add this to a future release.


*More options over the graphics

This is something that the network is hoping to start rolling out over the next few releases.

The suggestions were noted and will be taken under consideration by the network:

• Ability to download hand histories more than once in the 7 day download window.
• Option to have hand histories auto-download hand histories that are available for download
• Ability to pick which animations are on or off
• More filter options for mtts (game,buyin, type)

*Lowering or eliminating the time bank in hyper and super turbo sngs

This is something that they are looking to add, especially as they add more games and game types as the network continues its growth.


*Final Table chops

Not a priority at this time.


*Change late registration logistics so that late registering players aren’t on the same table

This is not something they are looking to change at this time. The network has very staunch measure in place in order to detect cheating. If you, or any other player, has any concern at all about any fraud or collusion in your games, please report these worries right away to your operator. The network takes these reports very seriously. Also, it should be mentioned that not all late registrants are seated at the same table. Empty seats at tables are filled first and, if need be, new tables are created and adjusted.


*Lower the time to act (mtts)

This is something that they will look at.


*More satellites for the bigger nightly/weekend tournaments

Satellites will be added as the network feels they are needed. They don’t want to spread the fields playing these satellites too thing or dilute the mtts that are being offered.


*HU mtt and LHE mtt

Both of these tournament types have been offered in the past on the network, but neither type has done well outside of tournament series events. The network does look to add games where they can, but games they perform poorly are not generally kept on the schedule.

That being said.. in one week (Nov 21st), 2 tournaments are being added to the schedule:

• A daily tournament at 21:55et, a $27.50 $1,000 guaranteed NLHE heads up
• A daily tournament at 22:55et, a $16.50 $1,000 guaranteed Limit Hold em

*Randomize seating (stt)

This is something that they are looking at.

It would be really nice if the "tile tables" button actually worked. If i'm running dual monitors, it puts two on each screen. and when running a single monitor it overlaps them all horizontally. I'm forced into manually resizing and tiling them every time I play.
