it's pretty rare but happens to me once a week or so. it's annoying especially when you post utg, flop 2 pair with some nonsense hand and stack off to the table tard.
It's not rare, it is easy to reproduce. It doesn't happen when you first sit down at a table, but if you sit out and come back. When you come back, you have "wait for BB" checked and "auto post blinds" unchecked. If you check "auto post blinds" in this case, it will post your blind on the next hand. I can reproduce this 100%. The work around (as mentioned somewhere above) is to leave the auto post unchecked, manually post the BB when it is your turn and then turn on auto-post or answer yes to the dialog asking if you want to do that.
Another one related to this is the "wait for BB " check box itself. If you uncheck it and then immediately check it again, you will still post a BB on the next hand. So, say you misclick, realize you just unchecked that and quickly check it back. No avail, you are posting the next hand. Must be the software makes one check for status and never rechecks it. This is easy to fix.
Yet another one involving the auto-post and sit-out next BB boxes that was mentioned elsewhere in this thread but I don't see it on the list: If you check "sit out next BB" you will not always be sat out and sometimes the BB is posted. I cannot reproduce this one reliably. Not a huge deal since the workaround is to just uncheck the auto-post and when the BB gets to you, just click sit out or time out and you are done. Still, if you are going to do something, do it right.
While I am typing, I might as well mention another one I have posted in one of these threads before: Since the introduction of Zone, the check/fold check box on the regular tables is screwed up. If in the BB, you check the C/F box, it will correctly fold if you face a raise, but if not and you can check. The software will not check for you. The table will be waiting for you to take action and click the Check button that has now appeared.
Might as well keep rolling...something else weird I see, but I cannot nail it down to the client or a script I run is that the Bovada webpage will randomly open. Happily minding my business playing poker and Firefox pops up with the Bovada page loading. Now, I am sending mouse-clicks in some parts of my script so with the focus stealing that the client does and the type of windows the client uses, it could be that my clicks are being sent to the lobby (window under the active table) and clicking the ad banners. So there may not be anything that can be done here. Would be interesting to hear if anyone else not running scripts has this happen.
