Another bug I came across is when I'm in the BB and its folded to me, I have to check to collect the blinds. I didn't get the hand #. If it happens again, I will post it.

The table (Dolphins) has been frozen for at least an hour now. The lobby still says i'm sitting at the table and my buy in has yet to be put back into my account.

Another glitch that I've noticed that has been quite rampant for me is that on the PLO 10 table (Cowboys) I'm often dealt into a hand where I cannot see my cards and the only option I have is to fold. I would estimate this happens roughly 15% of the hands I'm dealt and when it happens my stack temporarily switches to $9.82.

It was my impression that Bovada hid full tables not only to discourage bum-hunting, but to protect itself from revealing its true numbers - for various reasons we can all imagine. I assume, and personally hope, that they adjust something to continue keeping these numbers from the public.

Agreed. I'm not entirely sure what you can do to protect the numbers completely, but I would love to see something done.

Glad to see some of you are enjoying the new Zone Poker. I've seen some of you requesting higher stakes games.. and those will roll out some time. There were some issues with 2 of the tables.. they were restarted and should be running properly now.

If you can get me a screen shot or more info when you have cards not show, and send them to me via pm (or post in here).. that would be helpful.

As a sports book, Bodog has been telling the US government to **** off and breaking US laws long before UIGEA.

Why would they even bother going after them under the very ambiguous UIGEA that would require a lot more diligent effort when they have twenty years of open and shut indisputable wire act violations they could charge them with?

The problem the DOJ has is Bovada doesnt really give a **** and would not come crawling on their knees if charges were brought.

Theyve been charged and attacked by the US government before and they never stopped their operation.

Having said all of that, I wouldnt mind because it couldnt hurt.

Hiding full tables made sense before, but since they switch to anonymous tables the initial reason for doing so doesn't make any sense. What really sucks about it is when you log in at 2:30am or other off peak times you can't see if there are any games going on. They should at least have some mechanism that will tell you if there are no games of a particular type going on at that moment. Since all tables are anonymous I personally don't see how transparency in traffic numbers will harm either them or the recreation players they claim to protect. But they are pretty stubborn with these things to I don't see any change anytime soon.

However one thing I was always curious about is peak times. I never really played Bovada till after they went all anonymous. Is the peak action time Eastern time? Pacific time? Madrid time? Since Zone games show how many total players are playing it will be easy to tease out.

Putting in my every other month whine to stop implementing new buggy features and fix the bugs that have been here for 18 months now!

My client crashed 2 separate times playing Zone games today. I guess it's similar to what happened to BROvada, so I guess it happened again.

I've played twice since then and haven't had any issues.

Was playing 2-3 tables of Zone and it crashed every 10min or so.

Stopped after a few crashes.

Are there any plans to change the player numbers of Zone? like instead of players 1-6 at every table. Can't you guys just assign each player a random #1 - 1000 and once player #57 quits his session, no one receives that same player number for at least 24hrs. I think this would help Zone become more playable. Anonymous is one thing but if i play with a guy over the course of a 1hour session, it'd be nice to know that i have some sort of read. Isn't that what poker is about? Can't even tell a guy how lucky he got when i see him again 2 hands later?

*if this feature is implemented. figure out a way for the notes i take on the guy to stay with him until he logs off.

Hey everyone don't want to hi-jack this thread and get off the topic of the new "zone" tables, but I just wanted anyone interested to know that my earlier problem has been resolved by Bovada.
I was contacted by phone this morning by a very well spoken, upper-level member of management (who asked not to be named personally in the forum) he apologized for the way my issue was initially handled. He also erased the (-)$250 balance and restored the remaining $110 from the tennis parlay I won.
I want to thank the posters who chimed in with advice, as sending a formal email explaining the situation definitely seemed to get it done or maybe it was the the power of 2+2. Either way my faith in Bovada has been restored.

This is very good news. I'm glad they stepped up and did the right thing here.

Love the new Zone poker! However, has anyone else noticed that when one is in the big blind and clicks "check/fold" it immediately moves you to the next hand? What if everyone checked or folded to you? Is this a glitch?

Short term solution until they fix it: Can you see your dealt cards in the chat box? Wouldn't it say something like "You were dealt Ad Kd Jc 10h?"

Good job Bovada. See, this is why we play here and recommend the site to others. Most other sites would have done nothing and would've preferred to lose a customer and get some bad publicity. Nice work on this one.

Zoom poker has definitely been fun thus far and cant wait for higher limits to be rolled out, possibly even tournaments? One complaint I have been hearing pretty frequently is that with the anonymous players and switching of tables, it is nearly impossible to gain any reads or player dynamics. So what I was thinking might be a good idea is to assign everyone a number who sits at a zoom table, similar to that of tournaments. This way players are still anonymous, but also players are able to build a little off opponents like they would in a cash game.

Yeah, I see no reason why they can't do that if they are already assigning numbers that way for MTT.

Glad someone else noticed this as well. Also, I believe it does say "check/fold." They need to correct this ASAP!
