As a sports book, Bodog has been telling the US government to **** off and breaking US laws long before UIGEA.
Why would they even bother going after them under the very ambiguous UIGEA that would require a lot more diligent effort when they have twenty years of open and shut indisputable wire act violations they could charge them with?
The problem the DOJ has is Bovada doesnt really give a **** and would not come crawling on their knees if charges were brought.
Theyve been charged and attacked by the US government before and they never stopped their operation.
Having said all of that, I wouldnt mind because it couldnt hurt.
