Very well said. +100 on this being addressed.

Also, the focus stealing is super annoying. I can barely type a word without Bodog stealing focus. Fixing this would be super awesome.

I try to log in and says some crap that I've been partially disconnected and this will not affect my game play. About 10 tries and I get in. Go to sit on a table and buy in, but I never get seated.

edit: restarted computer and I don't have any problems

software is really buggy tonight. won't let me buyin to SNGs more than half the time, have to exit software and reopen client just to buyin at times.

also, spotted some cheaters in a Super Turbo tonight, very apparent w/ four players left -
1st to act calls for $400
Button folds
SB goes all in for $560
BB (me) I call for $160 more
1st to act folds to $160, despite having $4k in chips
(he also routinely shipped chips to the SB in other hands)

Registered for a 69+6 Main Event semi final hyper turbo sat with 1 seat guaranteed. Only 2 of us signed up and they cancelled it. Doesn't that kind of defeat the point of calling it guaranteed? lol "guaranteed as long as we meet our guarantee"

Every site that I've ever played on has a minimum number of players required for a tourney to kick off.

1. I am on a Mac 10.6.8

2. I sent them a shot like this


3. I said the other 2 players were colluding. just in case that was not good enough i explained that the 2 players would gang up on another player and raise and re-raise until other player folded.
Then one of them would bet the next street and the other fold. ( i thought colluding was self explanatory)

There's four players total in that hand, so I have zero clue who is colluding. You need to tell them which seats were colluding. Also, as mentioned multiple times, send them a NEW email with the body of the email that says the hand numbers, seat numbers of those involved, and their behavior. Do not send them a screenshot. Remember, these are human drones dealing with hundreds of emails per day. If you do something like attach a weird photo, they won't know wtf to do.

1. I am on a Mac 10.6.8
Since the last update of a day or so ago every-time i want to open or use the lobby i have to quit the software and restart my machine. This has just been happnn the last 2 days.
support says its my internet and there software is great. (my internet connection was on and
working %100). (network utility)

2. this has been going on for months and i have placed over 20 calls to support and every single support person says its my internet connection. When ever i have 2 or more sng open at the same time or a few seconds of each other the popups tile on top of each other, the software won't let u do anything until u dismiss the popups!!!
The problem is u have to dismiss the popups in order, and the one that needs to be dismissed first is on the bottom, and you cant get to it because your software freezes if u try and click any thing except the first popup!!!!!!!!!
Before all i had to do was just force-quit the software and start it up again, enter my password and just miss a couple of hands !!!
Now (since the last update of a day or so ago) i have to force quit the software and restart my machine to get the lobby to come back up again!
For the +20 time support has told me its my internet and its just a coincidence that it only happens when 2 or more sng open with in a few seconds of each other

Can you not see the hand numbers and seat numbers and tourney number in the image i provided!
I folded that's why u see 4 players, it was only 3 and if you go back a couple/few hands in that tourney you will see the same players doing the same thing that's why i sent the screen shot.
I am unable to do that (go back hands) because the hand re-player does not offer that option. Every hand has a different player in a seat and since i'm still playing in the tourney the best i can do is the screen shot!
Yes i did state what 2 players of the 3 active players you see in that shot were colluding in the email.
Could someone please explain/define colluding to me thanks

has anybody else had their hand folded for them without even clicking on anything and before the timer runs out when focused on a different table. This has happened to me on more than one occasion and I do multi table. Sometimes I time out or let my clock run down quite a bit if I am involved in a big hand on another table so maybe it is the Bovada puppet masters urging me to hurry up. What do you think?

I made a deposit today on Bovada but the site said it was declined. However, the charge has shown up on my bank statement and the funds have not been put into my account. Has this happened to anyone else? I emailed them over 7 hours ago and still have not received a response.

could just be a hold on the money and not an actual charge. sometimes it looks like i get double charged on my debit card but one goes away cause its just a hold on the money before its actually processed.

Haven't called, just email. I got an automatic email back from them saying they had received my email. Just figured it wouldn't take so long. I guess I'll try calling.

not sure how long it is on bovada but it usually takes a day for most companies ive emailed.

Perhaps just because you deposited before with no delays doesnt mean a delay like cheese said isnt possible?
