As you know by now, there were some connection issues going on with the network through the day. These issues should be fixed now.

Some tournaments were stopped/cancelled and paid out by the cancellation policy that the network has in place. Other tournaments ran out and guarnatees were honored. Refunds and bonuses will be issued to players by noon eastern time on Sunday. If you do not receive these, or if you do not feel you were fairly compensated, then please contact your operators support after noon on Sunday.

The network does apologize for these issues.

I seen a $50 omaha hi/lo tourney running last weekend with $7 satellites. Was that a one time thing or what?

Sounds to me like the network crashed due to being flooded with bots.

FWIW I got logged on after 5 or so attempts. I also got the wrong password, and please try again later responses when I logged in. Then it eventualy let me in after like the 5th attempt in 5 min.

is there any fix for the glitch where your table just becomes frozen and inactive (but you can still see the action) and you can't even click on it to bring it in front of other windows or do anything on the table?

Hmm.. that is the first time I've heard of that happening. If you could just take down a hh # or 2 when it happens (with a quick write up of when in the hand it happened and your player number at the table), and pass it along to me via pm.. that would be a big help.

Its not a big deal but one glitch I get a lot is, I fold my hand and the action moves along normally but the check/bet/fold bar is still on the screen.

I just click fold again and it goes away.

This has been there since day 1 of the anonymous software. They've supposedly fixed it a few times, but my guess is they just don't know how.

I finished 2nd in an mtt Friday night. The payout didn't register in my cash balance and it just re-imbursed me for the mtt entry.

I called CS and they said they were having issues w/ the poker software and there were some other similar reports.

I received an email from them Saturday afternoon stating that I received a free $22 mtt ticket for my troubles and they are still investigating the tournament.

Any updates on this or similar happenings?

Ok, a crazy few days on the network. Things should be back to normal now. There have been a few posts/threads about tournaments completing, but only paying out based on the cancellation policy (because they were cancelled but not stopped). For the tournaments that were stopped, the tournament cancellation policy was followed. For those that did not stop, here is what happened:
The network went through each tournament that was affected. Players that played through and finished in the money in their tournament were paid the greater of what the player received from the cancellation policy or what the player would have received for their finish. If the finish payout was greater, then the player was awarded the difference between the cancellation payout and the finish payout. All of this should be in accounts now. If you feel something is incorrect, please contact operator support.

Quick example, since that is wordy: You played the $11 1k on Saturday evening. The tournament was cancelled, but played on. As per cancellation policy, you received $17.28. Fortunately for you, the cards fell your way and you finished 3rd (but didn’t receive 3rd place payout), for $217.28. Bodog has now credited that player with the $200 difference.

Absolutely. I just skimmed the thread and no problem like that jumped out to me. The opposite problem was talked about during the lag problems last year, where a player would click fold and the software wouldn't register the action until the last second... but nothing about clicking fold, the action moving forward, but the action buttons still were shown.
