Each operator on the site chooses who they wish to allow on the site. Operator choices are not something I have control of, nor do I have any information about.
Just wanted to say real quick that today marks one year that I came on as the liaison for the network. There have been bumps in the road, but overall it has been a great experience so far helping you guys enjoy the network even more while also helping the network grow.
