Also.. if you are still having trouble with pre-action buttons not working please send me any information (via pm) you can about the hand or hands. The most helpful information to send (and this goes for any software problem on the table that you run in to):

- Hand history #. This can be found in the top left corner of your table.
- Your player number at the table.
- Where in the hand it happened (preflop, flop, turn, river.. after utg raised I clicked call any and it unchecked... anything like that)

The more information like this that I can pass along, the better!

This makes sense for why it activates it, but I have had auto muck ON forever and right after you win a pot it still gives you the double 'turn to sound' beep. I haven't tried it with auto muck off but i'll assume it's the same problem.

I like that they are adding the $55 plo/8 super stacks, I was gonna ask for a regular plo one. One thing that bothers me is everything has switched to plo/8. You have killed your normal PLO tourney schedule and made everything plo/8. PLO is my fav game and still a very popular game. The biggest and only worth while PLO tourney on your schedule is the 11r and thats sad. Please bring back some PLO tourneys and give us a $55 ss too.

Weekend majors for both in the future would be sweet too.

Can you sort MTTs shown in lobby by game type? Don't see it, if not please fix that. You have sorting for Cash Games, SNGs etc why not MTTs?

How come Bovada doesn't have synced breaks, def need to change that esp with the series now running.

Can I use Pokertracker with the Bovada Hand Converter? It does not show it when i try and set it up.

Any idea what that last mini update was for? I just had to update my software this morning.

I asked in PC technical help and the new Windows 8 tablets will run PC apps. It cannot be the Windows RT. But the ones with Windows 8 will run HEM/PT, etc.

It works fine now, but I can't request a download for any of the hand history downloads that didn't work before. Is there any way to re-request them?

Is there a way to manually check for a software update? I've never been prompted to update, but it sounds like there were a few updates recently.

So I've been grinding on Bovada for a few months now, mostly playing 10/25 PLO and occasionally taking shots at 25/50 PLO. I've played quite well after turning 50 bucks into just under 2k in a couple months.

I just want to make a point that after a few weeks of negative variance and break-even results, I have dumped so much money in rake to Bovada. I feel like poker players are cheated in the sense that there is a serious lack in VIP or frequent-player point compensation.

Is there any chance that some sort of bonus program for current players or rakeback will be instituted to current players? If it wasn't for my occasionally recreational sports bet, I would consider withdrawing and redepositing onto Lock due to their generous rakeback program. However, I am a little apprehensive depositing 2k into any poker site (being in the US)

It's just frustrating giving so much to the site, and receiving so little in return as a loyal player. It seems like Bovada most definitely shies away from encouraging for-profit grinders on their site, when we are the ones that are giving your revenue. (on top of sports bettors and casino degens)
