Hey guys,

First I, and the Bodog Network, want to apologize for the problems that occurred last night. Two operators had some issues that prevented players from logging in to the client. At this point, all balances should be correct and all players should be able to connect to the client. If you are having any sort of issue still, please contact your operator's customer support right, and I know that they will be happy to help fix any issues.

Any questions, comments, or suggestions, please let me know!

Also, something to look for tomorrow (Dec 10th), the network is running quite a few satellites for tickets.. many of which have several tickets guaranteed. They are labelled "Holiday Sat. to Any..." under Tournaments > Satellites (or Special). Please make note of the lobby where it says that they expire the night of January 1st.

Does any site on the network still accept Europeans? We can't play on bodog.co.uk so I was curious if there is any other option to play.

I'm having issues signing in onto the Bovada poker client.

I registered for Bovada months ago and was able to sign in just fine. I've never made any deposits. I found out about the $10 offer and received that, but I am now unable to sign in. I'm on a new computer now, a laptop with Windows 7. My previous computer was a desktop with Windows 7 as well. When I attempt to sign on, after typing out my email address and password and clicking the red "Sign In" button, the button simply turns grey and stays like that indefinitely.

I can sign in to the Bovada website with no problem. I friend of mine can sign in to his account on my laptop, and inversely, I am unable to sign in to my account on his desktop, while he is able to do so.

I'd appreciate any help with this issue.

Sorry to hear that. This is something you would have to take up with your operator, which is Bovada in your case, so I would recommend contacting their support via email or phone.

What's in the new update?

Also, and I know similar suggestions have been made:
Can the cash game lobby include more colors? Instead of all the players/table stats being green, can they make the HU one color, the 6-max stats another color and the 9-max a third color? It would make navigating the lobby much easier... and prettier.

Could the stakes have different colors? Same logic.

Could we sort multiple columns? Primary and secondary sort?

Thanks for all your help, Ice.

Not sure.. I'll try to find out tonight or tomorrow and have something for you.

I'll pass your other suggestions along.

Hey guys,

Not a whole lot of player facing changes on this one.. some back end work being done for the new operator on the network. The few player facing changes that you will notice:

- 3 new languages were added: Thai, Vietnamese, and Korean
- As pointed out, the cards on fire for big hands.
- When a tournament goes to late reg, it is now a different color in the lobby.
- A new dialogue to let players know when they are buying into a rebuy/addon tournament.
- When looking at the hh (previous hand), the flop turn and river (and subsequent action) is marked clearer.

As some of you may have noticed, the network is having several holiday special tournaments. The schedule (all times are eastern):

Boxing Day Tournaments (December 26th)

1:26p- $1+.10 $1,000 guaranteed rebuy/addon (10k chip addon)
2:26p- $12+$1.20 $1,200 guaranteed knockout double stack
3:26p- $50+$5 $10,000 guaranteed super stack
4:26p- $150+$12 $12,000 guaranteed knockout super stack ($50 per ko)

New Year's Day Tournaments (January 1st)

2:01p- $2+.20 $2,000 guaranteed turbo r/a (10k addon)
3:01p- $10+$1 $10,000 guaranteed super stack
4:01p- $12+$1.20 $12,000 guaranteed r/a (10k addon)
5:01p- $100+$9 $15,000 guaranteed turbo super stack

Hope you all have a wonderful holiday. Let me know any questions, comments, or suggestions

there's still a problem with the HH for me that only seems to show the previous (or sometimes 2 or 3 previous) hands.

Yep there's still a bunch of stuff that Ice and Bodog apparently want to ignore and hope it goes away.

I'm getting the same issue. The whole viewer should be remodeled. It's junk.

Listen, do you want **** to work here or do you want to see your cards on fire when your flush loses to a rivered full house? Can't be picky.

Does Bodog/Bovada have hand histories? How do I access them if they are available?
