You're making me have second thoughts about downloading the software!

Oh don't get me wrong. Even after their "groundbreaking" update it's still by far the worst client I've ever seen. Again, I don't know if that's because their programmers don't know wtf they are doing, or if it's to drive away grinding/winning players.

It's working for me.

On payouts, there are 3 messages sent.

1. Payout request received
2. Payout request approved
3. Tracking info

1 & 2 always have a matching reference number.
3 always has a different reference number.

Not a big deal if you have only 1 outstanding payout. But it can get confusing with multiple payouts.

It's working for me again, but am getting the roving disconnects where 3 tables work, and 1 disconnects. Very frustrating, especially getting kicked off table, then making me wait 5 minutes to get back on. Especially when there are few tables running.

OK, I just downloaded the Bovada client and created an account. I looked for RB, but couldn't find it anywhere. A few posters mentioned Bovada doesn't offer RB, does anyone know why? Anyway, I have stated before that I dislike the anonymous tables. However, the improving cash out speed is what prompted me to create an account. It appears as if there is a decent amount of traffic, but why on earth do they hide full tables? Anyway, the site looks decent, and as an American I am glad to have one more option to choose from. My first deposit will be via WU, so let's just hope they will offer me the WU withdrawal method!

if u multi table 4 tables theirs letters and even the blackjack button blocks your whole cards wtf? this must be changed asap.. ive never seen a professional site with this type of error. whats the point of enabling multi table if when u do it u cant even see your cards lmao. also add perferred seating this would fix the problem quick while they program new software

All of your questions and/or issues (plus the 4 table limit) come down to Bodog's philosophy of catering to fish and discouraging multitabling pros. Some people hate it, some love it, and some just tolerate it because they want to play there.

So, (1) my "Account" button on the Bovada client doesn't work. It says "Your Cash Statements" with a loading sign there and "Processing..." just stays there forever.

Also, (2) the payouts are not correct when playing multi-table tournaments. Even if I make a final table and I'm clearly in the money, it won't show the correct payouts often until I have busted or won the MTT...I won the bovada $6k for $1.3k tonight but it originally said first was $1.8k right until I won......I was like "YES! awwwwwwww" But seriously...really sucks to think I can win more than I actually can.

As you may or may not have noticed, there was a new release today with some fixes, along with some new features:

Something people have been asking for since the switch to the anonymous tables: Favorite Seat! Players will now be able to select where they want to sit at the table. Also, under preferences you will be able to select your favorite seat preference.

Hand Histories will now display community cards as the come out during the game, rather than at the end of the hand history.

Another feature you guys have been asking for: improved sounds! There is now an option so that a sound only occurs when it is your action (Action Alert Only). Also, they have done a general clean up of the other sounds.

Finally the pre-select and pre-action buttons should now be fixed. If you check a pre-select/action button, it will not uncheck if action happens in front of you.

For the time being, for the first problem I've found that if you close the program and then open it up again, the cash statements will open right up. For the second, I run into this a lot as an mtt'er, and I've found that if you just leave the lobby open it will correct itself in a minute or so and stay updated as the tournament goes on.

As per usual you there appears to be more bad than good. WTF is going on with the audio? Minimal alert sounds? Nothing when it is on you to act in cash games?

Can you elaborate on what problems you are having? I just checked (and still have 4 cash tables up and running) and the sounds are all working fine.. both when I use alert on my turn only and all sounds on.

Still figuring it out but if your cursor/focus is on another table it doesn't alert on the table where it is your action. It will beep if you have that table in focus. There is also no sound when you fold or bet.

Weird, I didn't run into those problems at all. I'll pass that info along though as something that needs to be watched.

Wow, it is strangely inconsistent. But definitely not getting usual audio on tables not in focus.

What we need is one beep on your turn and 3 short beeps right when the time clock has clicked down to the point where the timebank opens up. Having an alert beep sequence when it is your BB but you have not posted would be great as well.

Same for me. 1 table would have sound, but willturn off even when the action is not completed. Same for the other 3 tables.

I have it set to "all sound on". Since the update I only hear sounds when the table I am playing is in focus. If I'm looking at my web browser between hands I hear nothing. I'd prefer to hear all sounds at all times. I only play one table at a time.

Also, would it be possible to get adjustable sounds? Bodog sounds are shrill compared to my other programs.

The new sounds work fine if you have "disable pop to front" unchecked, but if it is checked the only time you hear sounds are when one table is selected. If you are on surfing the web or w/e you won't hear a single sound. Since the pop to front takes focus from everything, its extremely annoying to have on when attempting to type in skype, or enter bets on other tables or whatever. So its back to just having no sounds at all for now.

Yeah I don't get sounds on tables that aren't the focus, other than the alert sound that it's my turn.

Were the sounds different before the update? Like, did you hear the sounds while you were browsing? I honestly didn't even think that was something people (esp multi tablers) would want to hear, but so far it seems like something that is wanted and I will pass it along if there are more in favor of it (or if no one comes out against it).

Yes, prior to today I would hear sounds while browsing. It was helpful because I could hear when the hand ended and take a quick peak to see who won the hand, who lost, how big a pot etc.

Notes aren't working properly now. Here's what I've been able to figure out so far:

- if you sit at a table on the seat that is your preferred seat (i.e., seat #4 on a 6 max), notes seem to work fine.

- if you sit anywhere else (i.e., seat #2 on a 6 max and are then moved to center bottom), notes will work in that the notes are saved, but the color tags do not display on the player.

I was only using notes to color tag players with various playing types, so this makes the notes feature worthless.

Ice, I know this is asking a lot, but do you think you could ask Bodogavada to have their programmers:

1) test their new releases

2) not break working features when implementing new features

???
