@BODOG ICE.....why can i only withdraw via check since i deposited by credit card. I should still get the option to withdrawl by rapid transfer in my opinion. It says its an option for me but when i called customer service today they told me its not because i didnt deposit by a person to person money transfer like WU

regular tournaments need to change to 15 seconds each decision and 30-60 second timebank for the tournament. Average stacks get slaughtered esp near bubble.

I second this!

Who is the one making the rule that your last 5 deposits must be rapid transfer deposits in order to cash out that way IF credit card is your primary deposit method?

These rapid transfer services let anybody send money to anybody without prerequisites. How come you are making it more difficult?

You guys should probably read the first post of this thread.

Is anyone else concerned that the downloadable hand history format looks just like what Absolute/UB use for their text hand histories? I've never seen another site with the "Folded on the POCKET CARDS" thing. This is what Absolute used for years, and then what UB used when they merged.

It does not work for me. I clicked Download All in the Game Transactions tab. Now some of the items on the list say Download Requested and some say Download Period Finished. A History folder has NOT been created in my Bovada directory. My OS is XP 32-bit.

Mine did not show up for a couple hours. I think I logged out and restated the client also.

I am not trying to download, just see the hands and it is very hit or miss on if it even loads them or not. It usually says cannot connect to server. Kind of annoying.

It's not like multitablers aren't going to play just bc the table's dont pop to the front. All this does is assure games run smoother, people aren't timing out every hand, you get more hands per hour, etc. I mean you realize that even complete fish browse the web/do other stuff on their computers too right?

Anyways thanks for getting this through to them and fixed. Also thanks for allowing for DL'able hand histories. Hopefully this will allow people to save their own play (and import into hem, etc) to track sessions, rake, etc. Has anyone done this yet?
no leveling here. MULTITABLERS UNITE!

This is exactly how it reads to me too. It makes me very unwilling to use said software and/or play at the site.

Unless they change their tos without notice, using HI is allowed on Bodog/Bovada (I am assuming HI tracks other player's session stats only, I haven't used it personally).

Also if you don't mind me asking, in the quote below what software were you referring to?

I bought a similar software package not 5 days ago and it cost me $107. This one is FREE! Enjoy it
If it is HI, are you using it?

Playing online poker in WA state is a felony. I guess the sites don't want to serve a state that has that law on the books.

I've logged in and out and it still says download requested but there isn't a hand history folder in my bovada folder, and just to be sure I searched my account number and came up empty.

After I clicked DL all it took a couple minutes to process and DL to my hard drive. Just make sure you keep the app open for a bit after you request to DL.

Is there a free hand replayer out there that i can paste the text hand histories into?
04-07-2012 , 07:57 PM
PS you just have to run bodog as administrator(right click on bd shortcut, compatibility tab, check the run this program as an administrator)

An update on the mtt/sngs suggestions that I passed along:

-Synchronized Breaks: This is something that falls outside the scope of the recreational player model that Bodog focuses on, meaning that the site is trying to create a site that encourages the average player to have fun... thus creating a fishier and more profitable site for the better players. While synched breaks are something the majority of serious players look for, to roll this out, when other features rank much higher in the priority list, probably means that this is not in the short term plans. However, this is something that the network has agreed to look into again.

- 4-man hu sngs: These were just recently introduced. They now have these available at $2+.20 buyin, $10+1 buyin, and $50+2.50 buyin.. all turbos.

- MTT lobbies not updating: This is a known issue and is something that they are currently working on.

- Upping starting stacks: This has been addressed.. all freezeout mtts with a guarantee on them, with a buyin of less than $30, now has at least a 3k starting stack (double stack). The only exception to this is the $7.70 1.5k at 00:15 est. In the future, there may be some mtts added with the shorter stacks, as they look at what is and isn't working.

- Tournament dollars: This is something the network is not interested in. Their satellite system is designed to increase the prize pool and participation in the larger tournaments.. not to build t$ to be used in other games.

- Heads up mtts: This is something that the network will look in to. To be honest, they haven’t had great participation in the past.. but they are willing to look into them again.

- Higher buyins for all sngs: The network would like to higher games, however they will not do so until the demand warrants it. Adding a few buyins higher is likely to split the games that already don’t run often into even smaller player pools, and this is something that they aren’t looking to do at the moment.

- Improving the multi table sngs: This is an area of games that the network really is looking to improve over the near future.

A few smaller things that I included and are being looked into.. these things that I’ve come across in other threads when Bodog is discussed: putting a guarantee on the $3 rebuy at 7:50 est, adding some early morning/late night guarantees in the gap between 3am and 10:30am est, a micro 6max at some point in the evening.

I also suggested adding a few levels earlier in the mtts and the network decided that they are happy with their current structure, especially after upping the starting stacks on a large number of tournaments.

Thx for help Ice. Any word/chance that superturbo sng timers can be reduced? Also I think either making alerts that you are timing down or having option of turning sounds to player alert only (cutting out background noise) would help dramatically with players timing down. Thx again for your help.
