I won't speak as if I know the entire issue, because honestly I don't... but from my understanding it was a misunderstanding between Justin and Bodog, along with some choices that Justin made, that led to him leaving the representative position. I won't speak any more about this situation, as I won't ever know the full story from both sides.
As far as what I can do? Obviously I can only pass along the information that I am given, but I try to be very thorough before passing along any of that information. I make sure that everything makes sense to me and that I convey it to you clearly.

I'll be the first to admit, the sounds are pretty bad. I can tell you that it is something they are definitely working on, but I can't give you anything concrete about when they will be fixed.

Like I mentioned before, I have absolutely nothing to do with the cashier side of the Bodog Network or its sites. Any deposit or withdraw issues that you are having will have to be done through your specific sites support.

Sort of. As I mentioned above, I’ll be asking you guys what things you would like to see implemented or changed, gathering and passing those things along to the network. This won’t mean that they will be implemented right away, or at all, but I will make sure suggestions are at least passed along.
As far as bugs are concerned.. pretty much the same thing. I’ll bring it to their attention, but that won’t guarantee it’ll be corrected right away.
Also an additional note... I brought it to their attention that the default buyins don't save after closing the client and it is something that should be fixed at some point.
