"You have reached bodog investigations department, unfortunately, no agents available to take your call at this moment, we kindly ask you to call us again later"

This is what many players hear when they try to get their accounts unfrozen, every day, for over 1 year!

You could be next if you play on bodog/bovada.
There are dozens of players who have had their accounts frozen without any given reason and when contacting support they are asked to call bodog's investigatios number which has been offline for over 1 year now. There are 100k+ in winnings locked up and the site wants to keep these players in limbo and hold on to their funds.

Here is my story:

In February 2022 I registered and deposited around 4k. My main games is NLHE ring 2/5-5/10. I was winning from the start and cashed out around 3k which was sent to me without any issues. In April I went on a nice heater and won 13-14k and that's when problems started. I posted an 8k withdrawal after which my account got disabled. Bodog requested my ID and a utility bill which I have provided and then they went silent and would just respond back with they standard contact us via live chat BS...
I've reached out to them every way I could, I was asked to call their investigations hot line which is: 1-888-506-1896. I would call that number every day but it would always be busy/unavailable. They have an auto response saying "unfortunately there are no agents available at this time, please try again later".
When contacting them via email they ask to contact via live chat instead and an agent from their live chat would usually respond by asking to call the number provided which I called every day for many months and nobody ever picked up on the other end.
They offered me another solution in the live chat, they asked for my number saying that they would call me instead. After providing them with the number and time they never called and emailed me saying that I never picked up. To test that I gave them another online number that auto forwards all incoming calls to my real number, it was done so I could track incoming call history. They again responded to me that I never picked up the phone, well I checked the logs and the only number that ever called to the virtual one was my own when I tested to see that it works.
So I have the call logs showing they never called, they don't respond when I call them and they can't give me any answer via live chat. This is a limbo situation where I`m just lost and don't know what to do other than post it here . This is such a scam from a poker room that has a large following. Can anyone advise what to do here?
