hello i create and account here seeking for help or explanation if someone else had the same experience in BCP so to make the story short i been playing there for about 3 months with no issues i use bitcoin method to deposit and withdrawls are really fast until yesterday 11/09 i was playing poker made a few hundreds there and went over to transfer my funds to the casino as i was doing that the server give me a message that it was under maintance my funds transfer to the casino and i was not able to take them out to play poker since poker was runnning ok i mesaage them a couple of times and no luck on fixing the problem so i waited the casino server been up for a while and my funds are gone my balance is 0.00$ and i had about 1300$ any help i can get well be really appreciate as they are really hard to talk to and theres is no phone number to contact them either.

i still havent been able to recover my funds which was almost 1300)$ completly disapear first time this ever hapens to me no sign of where the loney went on transactions and they telling me they working on the "case" is been about a week already, this looks pretty shady to me i know is not alot of money but how they taking this long when it clearly shows in my history the money disapear i well keep waiting and make future post on what happens.

Did you email them? Heard of the exact same thing happening before, and via email it was apparently solved within 24 hours.

this is the 2 emails i got from then and nothing has been solve yet.... 5 buisness days have pass since this incident...

can anyone that knows a little bit more then me help me with this since the 11/9/21 my funds have been missing from blackchippoker and they still havent fixed the problem.... can i take any legal actions... please what should i do. Im tired if emailing them.
