I'm pretty thrilled at this result. It's nice to see BOL making this right (although we still have to go through the cashout phase so we'll see).

I haven't heard anything from BOL as of now. I was kind of waiting to see if they were going to email me an official statement of what happened before I submitted for a cashout. But I will probably submit a cashout soon.

I think when we are all paid there should probably be a title edit to the thread. Perhaps add "EDIT: player funds returned and paid out."

I will keep the thread updated when I ultimately receive funds.

SBR almost surely had an impact in the situation and helping us head towards a solution.

Glad to hear that dude, I would be more than happy to retract my statements about betonline if i receive the funds also. I have mailed SBR today who have so far been responsive with regards to the payout that betonline have made to me which they have told me yesterday has been paid but is still not appearing on my bank balance, thoughts and opinions would be great, gl to u and jake on ur cashouts.

Kind of curious as to why they would just give the money back? Surely it's because they feel responsible and not because you players got hacked lol. If poker sites' policies was to give $ back to hacked players they would go brankrupt real fast.

...which only goes to prove they are freerolling and hoping everyone they accuse of chipdumping will just go away.

Need to get the word out not to play here

Glad you got your balance restored...
Im kind of in the boat that... you are lucky to have gotten "robbed and restored" because i'd say it increases your odds of a cashout actually working and not having delay after delay

I have just received the cashout via MB/Skrill.

Haven't spoken to Jake or DREAMS_DONT_DIE yet but I expect that they'll receive their funds soon too given I just received mine.

glad to hear that nick, i received the following email from bol yesterday, will keep you guys updated,

SUBJECT: Payout delay

Hi Darius,
This is Reggie from Player Services Department at betonline.ag. I would like to apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Your payout request for $15000.00 went out on July 25, 2012. Bank Wire payout's are very fast, usually under a week, but depending on the bank, they can take up to 10 business days. The transaction should be completed and put into your account no later than Wednesday, August 8, 2012 by your bank. We have released it to your bank already.

Thank you,

If you have any other questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Regards,

Reggie Bush
Player Services Department
BetOnline

(lol @ bank wire payouts are very fast...if two months is fast then yeah)

did anyone ever get paid out from this book? i mean, it has a B+ on sbr...is there any online book that isn't a scam?

or, do you guys only play cards...i wonder if they're quick to scam somebody who doesn't give sportsbook action

people usually get paid after a lot of hassle. so far most threads about bol here have resulted in the affected players being paid, tho sometimes not w/o bull**** requirements (such as rolling over the cashout in the sportsbook). i havent heard about anyone having problems with their sportsbook side but still i think it's fair to boycott them for stealing money from probably countless people who dont know about 2p2 and sbr and dont know who to complain to

Well BOL is certainly not a place you want to play or bet at.. if you're looking for a book 5Dimes is my recommendation.

I am a very- low-level player($10 sit n gos and such) and have been on BOL for about 3-4 weeks. I have only won a miniscule amount of money but was unable to register to any sit n gos today due to allegedly breaking their "Anti-collusion" policy. After a length convo with the customer service in live chat, they basically stated their system picked up another player or players playing on my IP or a similar one. This is absolutely impossible, but they said they would need to send it along for "confirmation" and review. I have NO IDEA why they would do this as the only way this could have happened is either manually or through a glitch in their system. i dont believe I am being scammed because I have such a small amount of money in my account I do not even qualify for a payout yet. Anyone else ever had this issue? Just needed to vent somewhere!!

I find it hard to believe they even have the ability to detect collusion. Their poker software platform is 13 years old (1999). Basically, the only updates to it have been for asthetic reasons and to introduce sports betting. I know this because its still possible to download and use the original skins on this network. I would demand they offer proof of their allegations because they obviously won't be able to.

I agree it does seem strange for them to be scamming you for such a small amount though.

As a seperate issue, I've also just recently joined the Betonline poker site, which most of you know is actually Chico Network (formerly Action Network). Yesterday I had someone unsuccessfully attempt to sign into my Moneybookers (Skrill) account. Although I have no proof, I can't help but think it was Betonline that attempted to do this. I haven't joined any other poker sites recently. This site is well known for its shadiness. And their entire support staff know everyones email address and password. So I'm guessing one of them tried to log in to my Moneybookers account hoping my password was the same. Curious if anyone else here has had this experience?

Wow.. i'd at the very least contact Skrill about this and explain it this exact way, maybe they can delve deeper and find out if it's true.

Email sent to Skrill (Moneybookers)...

Hello,
There was a failed login attempt made on my account yesterday which wasn't made by myself. I've recently joined the Betonline poker site and although I have no proof, I can't help but think it was someone associated with Betonline that attempted to do this. This poker site is well known in the online poker community for its shadiness and it is known their entire support staff have access to everyones' email address and password. So I'm guessing one of them tried to log into my Moneybookers account hoping my password was the same. I am sending this email so you are aware of this possibility.

I'm likely just being paranoid, but in today's climate I don't trust any poker site (except Pokerstars) so its better to be safe than sorry. I'll see if I hear back from MB.

I don't think you can do anything wrong with this. You're expressing you're worried about a failed login attempt not done by you, it should be investigated. Also, in the case you do eventually get hacked (let's hope not! and if the password isn't the same, it'll be unlikely anyways!), you'll possibly have more to stand on if so and if they investigated this now already.

I don't know if they will comply, but I'd ask Skrill for the IP address of whoever attempted the log in. In the off chance they were stupid enough to not be behind a proxy it might help prove (or disprove) whether it has any association to BOL.

i cashed out 4 times from betonline and all the times i got money within 1 day timeframe using moneygram. didn't even need to hassle anything. they just sent me the pickup info next day via mail. cashouts were really small (~200$) but nevertheless.

Here is the response to my email from MB:

Dear XXXX,

Thank you for contacting Skrill (Moneybookers) customer service.

Our security systems have identified activities which suggest unauthorized attempts to access your Skrill (Moneybookers) account. In order to keep your account safe, we have temporarily restricted some payment options.

In order to increase your account safety, we strongly recommend and ask you to change your account password, as well as the primary email address and to disable any secondary email addresses.
Changing my email address is LOL. This would require me to change my email address to over 20 different gambling sites as well.
