As the title says.

I have been a BetOnline customer for over 5 years and have had probably hundreds of withdrawals and deposits over this course of time. I have played Poker professionally for over 9 years now and have never had this kind of issue happen so suddenly with no explanation. I don't think I have done anything wrong and most definitely don't think confiscation of the funds totalling almost $14k is justified.

I want to give everyone a detailed timeline of events that happened within the last few days so that you can have the full picture and maybe can figure out a way to rectify this.

Most recent events:
Tuesday 25th 2023, I decided to stream my poker live on Twitch under the handle: twitch.tv/KINGSAMHOR. This was purely for enjoyment and wanting to try something new.

The streaming software I used was StreamLabs. It's a popular live streaming tool. When BOL was open and I was streaming (A mix of GG and some other sites), my friend noted that nothing was actually being shown from BetOnline on the stream. I believe the software has blocked itself from being shown on Stream.

BetOnline is probably one of my most frequented sites to play Tournament poker and I knew about Tiger Gaming as a Chico skin. The day after I did the stream I created a TigerGaming account to see if this would appear on the streaming software. It did not show up. StreamLabs could not capture the client and so I closed the Client and that was the last time I opened it.

I did not and have not read the T&C around streaming using Betonline software or any other skin related to BOL and assumed this would be no issue given the size of the poker streaming environment and other big name companies not having an issue.

When I opened my TigerGaming account, my intention was to create an account, unverified, purely to see if the software I was using to stream (StreamLabs) would capture the client. In an earlier message from support they mentioned that the details I used in my TigerGaming account were different from that of my BetOnline account. This account is unverified and I have never attempted to deposit onto it so I am not sure why this would matter. I believe the confusion comes from using Chrome AutoFill for my details which probably have details for my address that do not match my BetOnline verified account details. I have moved several times recently (Last 3 years) so this would probably be the case.

Support has told me that this was the reason for closure of my account and confiscation of the funds, a mismatched address on an unverified Chico skin. My head is spinning. Can anyone out there help resolve this?

Write betonlinechris here in the forum.

BetOnline uses a security feature that is a part of Windows that prevents their program from being viewed by Windows. So you can't screen shot or stream it.


Anyway, it sounds like a mistake was made from what you wrote. Hopefully BetOnline fixes this.

Yes, if you could please point someone in this direction I would really appreciate that. Any help I can get, getting someone to look over this and help resolve this issue would be amazing as this whole thing is incredibly stressful and feels just incredibly unfair.

No bro they're just SCANLESS. They say their trustworthy right? Then tell me why I have a live chat rep say BOL has been around since 1991 when online poker wasn't a thing yet. They didn't come out to 2004. Bro I played the required amount of rake that they ****ing sent me in my email and so I clear the mission, and guess what, I didn't get it. I've been posting complaints every other day. I have PROOF from 3 different live chat reps who agreed I haven't received it yet. Then all the sudden they say it was released, but it wasn't. No matter the proof, they are very shady. They screwed my bank account and I quit playing for awhile then they contacted me back and said they cleared my balance and zeroed it out, and they should've. Sure enough I tried to cashout over $1000 and once I showed them there are no restrictions and a manager finally cleared it. So since they could no longer use that excuse anymore they wanted me to deposit $50 at the same time I was cashing out. RIGHT THERE IS RED FLAGS. Just to not go back and forth I told them to take the $50 out of my $1000 plus I was trying to cashout. Like why in the **** would I deposit $50 when I'm trying to cash out a $1000 plus. It's because they never planned on paying out and stealing my money.

So anyways I keep telling them I didn't receive it and have proof from 3 different live chat reps, and they still looked past that when the live chat said they will Honor it and sent them the proof the mission was completed. So I said I tell you what, prove to me that the $10 was released, and these Mother ****ers said it would be a security issue to show me they released it! Like WTF! If you go to the history transaction page there is not 1 transaction showed up under poker or casino, only SPORTSBOOK. The live chat even said there's never any transactions under poker or casino. When I say transactions I mean:
1. How much money you had before a game and after a game

2. Any releases of money to your account

3. Any adjustments to your account

Every single other poker site or gaming site in general has that available to the player so they can see for themselves. But not here. You know why? So you can't show proof that they ****ed you over. BRO if they would **** me over and go through multiple email chats and live reps. just to avoid paying me the $10 for the ****ing mission I completed, then it's a no brainer when trying to cashout over $1k. I HAVE ALL PROOF OF THEM Lying AND CONTRADICTING EACH OTHER. I TOLD THEM I'LL NEVER STOP POSTING ABOUT THIS TILL I GET IT POINT BLANK PERIOD!! THEY'VE TOLD ME SO MANY LIVES OVER THE YEARS THAT AT LEAST 500 times, no exaggeration.

And they would literally send stuff in the email like free spins or anything else and I would go there and it wouldn't be there and I contact live chat and then, just like always, you have to take a picture and send it to them like they don't know their own ****ing promotions that they send out. Then once you do that and can prove that it came from them then it's always you have to hold on and most of the time they'll end the chat and then say that they don't recognize it even though it's coming from them literally, and then they do their final move on to you they say that they escalated that means that they're never going to get back a hold of you and they're never going to give it to you you're ****ed that's what that means. It's time to hold these bitch ass mother ****ers accountable!

So anyways they tried to bring up that I haven't deposited since 2019! So that is the excuse they would give when they would try to say I've already received the $10 but I wouldn't give up and then finally the truth comes out it's because of a deposit even though they didn't directly say that. I quit making deposits there because of the shadiness when they f***** my account up, then contacted me back way later in time, and cleared everything, and then tried to make up excuses of cashing out my $1,000 plus dollars, and then tried to tell me to deposit $50 when I'm trying to cash out over a thousand. Like who in the **** would do a thing like that? Like what God damn sense would that even make. All they do is lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie, especially Jamie who begged me that they will fix this and they never got back ahold of me ever and I always do everything they ask. Anybody that tells you it's a security issue to show you that they released it in my account should tell you everything that you need to know right there. Real reputable sites don't do that. Real reputable sites make a lot of money they're not worried about that petty ****. And I'm going to keep going on trustpilot and I'm going to keep bashing them until they give me the $10 because it's not even over the $10 anymore it's over the principal of them lying constantly.

Like I said they said that they've been online since 1991 and I have the proof that right there should tell you how untrustworthy they are. Look I'm telling you that when I was speaking to life chat the rep said that they are trustworthy in the same sentence with they've been around since 1991😂🤣😂🤣 like you can't make this stuff up, it's absolutely unbelievable!

Now get this if you win money from a private tournament or free spins or even just a free room general that pays money, they tried to tell me that it wasn't my money, like WTF do you mean it's not my money? So I posted that everywhere. I'm not going to let them get away with it this time I'm so sick of the lying. So when you say they shut your account now and took 14,000 I don't doubt that a bit. I would almost bet my soul on it even though I don't even know you because that's how shady they are. That's why they got blacklisted a long time ago trying to not pay a guy $65,000, because the guy took a free play and ran it up to that I'm out and eventually he got his money because they were blacklisted. I got so much proof of them lying it's probably like a Bible's worth, but their trustworthy wink wink!! It's an absolute joke.

You can go read my reviews on trustpilot. You can go watch YouTube videos of people calling them and telling them to hold on and that hanging up like multiple times in a row on the same person. The saddest part about all of this is that they have the best poker RNG, even though all of them are rigged across the board on any site, but theirs is the fairest out of the rest. This has nothing to do with their games and their promotions and the things they run are absolutely great 100%. But the customer service and lying and trying to keep you from getting paid is the issue, because if they did that in the United States then we shut down immediately. Just like sports betting that became legal in my state if they sit here and they say something's free and they don't honor that and you try to hide it in the terms they will shut you down. They know nobody reads the goddamn terms and conditions and those things are so long because they're meant for you to deter away from reading it because it's so much. That's why you always see letters in small print is to keep you from wanting to read it so they can be sneaking and get you. Come do that **** in Ohio, and they will shut you down for that.

Sounds like you need to go to trustpilot my man. You have to hold these people accountable. Did they'll end up getting blacklisted if you're legitimately like did everything right they'll get blacklisted. You can go to sportsbook review.com and they will literally place them on a blacklist if they don't see that they gave you your money. You don't give in and you bash them everyday I don't care if it's over $1, like I said it is the principle. It's letting them know that without the players they are nothing literally. I'm probably just going to post every day of them saying they're trustworthy and that they've been online gaming since 1991 so everybody can just laugh everyday about how untrustworthy liars they are. Like I imagine how obvious that lie is. It's like he didn't even take the time to even think it through to make sure that it makes sense. So if I'm missing 14k you best believe they're going on The blacklist no matter what??

You can't post in any of those threads and you can't access the subforum through the menu unless you have the url. Clearly something changed and I am not sure why all the mods are pretending that nothing did.

It "works" in that you can click on it and see old posts, but there is no link to that forum (or the global one) on the main forum page, and nobody can post any threads or responses in there. Is there any reason you know of why that is?

Exactly lol, like it's some big secret. Obviously the companies thought it was no longer needed or they were charging too much. Two sites disappearing at the same time and the mods act clueless lmao. Must be classified lol
