It would be really, really weird for mods to pretend like a forum was open when it was closed. As for "charging too much", AFAIK there has been no paid advertising on the site since the new owners took over.

Anyway, my apologies for the confusion. Since the forums can still be viewed, and there were posts in it this month, as far as I could see they were still open, especially since as an admin I'm able to post in them. But it would appear that you're right, so I'm looking into it.

You misunderstood my post lmao. I was talking about two plus two acting as if the threads didn't disappear. Now almost no sites use this forum officially. It isn't weird at all that BetOnline stopped as they were one of the last. This site is not mandatory for online operators to use at all. Two different sites just stopped... meaning they don't see a use for it anymore. Two plus two has nothing to do with how they conduct business lmfao! All of the online site threads you see have ZERO affiliation with this site and don't have any site reps answering any questions or concerns in them. With all the posts you have in this forum I thought you would be better informed

One more thing, If BetOnline quit this thread then Chris probably isn't required to answer any questions in here anymore. He might still try and help but I wouldn't count on it

They work on the sports betting side but I've seen them help people with account issues before. If you don't have twitter I don't know what else I can do for you. Maybe someone reading this can help

I noticed the links for access to the BetOnline and Global Poker forums have been removed from the Online Poker Sites forum and posting ability has been removed when accessing them via their URLs.

Can someone in-the-know share the reason for this? Was this a decision by those sites or by 2+2 management not to continue their sponsored forums?

Another observation I made today is that several non-stickied threads and recent posts in stickied threads have been deleted from the BetOnline forum within the last day. Can somebody comment on why that was done?

So the explanation of the missing forums is pretty dull. A bit odd perhaps, but dull. Basically, under previous ownership, sponsored forums were paid. When new ownership took over and no longer had paid advertising on the site, it no longer made a lot of sense for some sites to have their own forums (especially smaller sites), while others did not, but for whatever reason, they were left in place. Probably just an oversight. Recently, ownership decided to make a change, regrettably without any notice - I think we're on the same page now that it would be better to communicate changes like this out in the future. Sorry to everyone for the confusion.

A few incorrect assumptions in this post, some of which I've covered above. This change was in no way initiated by the sites, and there is no reason to believe anything is changing in terms of site participation, although I guess we'll see what happens.

Yeah 100% sure. While I have significantly decreased my playing volume on the site and stopped regularly posting in their forum due to them increasing their rake absurdly high, I did still check in on the forum posts pretty regularly.

There were about a dozen more non-stickied threads which were removed from the forum just within the last day, which I don't particularly take issue with, as those threads used to be deleted more regularly when the forum first opened. I believe the mods or site reps originally wanted to keep the discussion only in the sticked threads, but over the last year or 2 they weren't being deleted anymore, perhaps when BetOnline Mike's role was taken over by BetOnline Chris.

Besides the threads, and a bit more interesting to me, is that I noticed the last date changed with the last posts in some of the stickied threads. Previously the last posts were on July 14th, but when I looked today the last posts said July 13th and I know that newer posts were there previously.

I hadn't really seen any thread or post deletions in there recently when the forum was still open and just found it odd that posts would be deleted after forum access was restricted.

I appreciate you looking into it and letting us know the reason behind the changes!

So I was the one responsible for moving some of the non-sticked posts into the main categories (merged)... I think it seems as if they were deleted because the majority of them were really posts, so they would fall back into older pages of their corresponding category... A few of those were even duplicated (inside the main categories and outside).

I checked and those older ones had been resolved cases so I just relocated them to the appropriate category.

Is there one in particular that you think might be a special case or requires a new category altogether? I can re-arrange them no problem.

The most recent one that I saw was outside the categories was the case of CRUDEFINDER which was resolved late last night.

I'm glad to see that you're still around and I appreciate you letting me know what happened! I don't have a special interest in any one thread or post in particular, I was just curious about what was going on with the forum because of all of the recent changes.

BetonlineChris took my issues to some different folks in the finance department and they acknowledged my issue and fixed my problem and reopened my account and my funds were intact .

Please let me provide a detailed account of my experience
I registered my account with Betonline.ag on August 28th, and my account number is B4607232. After registration, I made a deposit in cryptocurrency.
