BetOnline has frozen my account for no reason and has not given access to my funds for more than 1 year

My nickname on BetOnline is RetRoPG86. I have been playing on this platform since 2018. On July 27, 2022, my account was frozen. For the entire time of the game, I did not receive any warning or bans. At one point they froze my account and my funds for more than a year for no reason.
Correspondence with the support service I had the following content:
