Received a phone call from a Betfred rep today, and she said I should withdraw my balance as they will stop offering games to my country on Monday. Was surprised and asked for the reasoning, I think she said something about focusing more on the UK and hence leaving a few countries.
Not worried at all, as they always seemed like a good business. Did ofc empty my account.
Anyone heard more about this? Tried googling and looking at their webpage but didn't see anything. Recently I got an email from them essentially telling the same thing, that I won't be allowed to deposit or gamble as of next Monday - and that I have 30 days to withdraw my money.
Could you guys name the countries? Then people might actually be able to say something or take action themselves..I know a lot of people have poker emailaddy's that they check maybe once a month so they might be unaware of this.
Also in Portugal, is this some kind of fraud or what? They want a deposit first and then i can withdrawl my funds.

Withdrew my roll on Friday and just got a message from Moneybookers that it had arrived. Shame though, I rarely played there but would have loved to maintain my account. I'd understand if they wouldn't marked to certain countries anymore, but closing the existing accounts... Oh well... Guess they have a good reason.
