Hahahaha...that's awesome! I knew it was ridiculous to assume a player was a bot because of a message like that, but I hadn't thought it would be something as simple as that.

I'd hope people would have some pretty solid evidence before dragging player names through the mud.

This guy "player10" has bugged the table "Riga", 2-4 PLO, and is able to go all-in over a pot sized 3bet. for example, raise to 14, raise to 46, he goes allin for 500.

Yep. I even asked Support once, and they said that's all they're good for right now.

This is not how it works. You have to be on the table for one hour for the table starter to activate. Then you get the additional 100% RB, for every hand you played at that table. It doesn't even matter if others players join. IMO it's even better. But if you leave before the hour, you get nothing.

Guys be aware, there's a phishing attempt going on right now. You may get an email supposedly from Betcoin support telling you that you have to change your password but the URL is a fake. Don't click it!

What about their insistence that you have to change your pw every time you open the client? Is that a phishing scam too? Just wondering because for me, I couldn't play on the site unless I actually changed the pw. And that required clicking on a link in an ensuing email. The whole thing seemed suspicious because even after I changed my pw, they still insisted that I needed to change my pw ( although after changing it, I was successful logging in ).

I have no idea.

What I know is, there was an unsolicited email that came into my mailbox that had a URL in it that looked like it went to betcoin but upon examination actually went to a numeric IP.

You should probably ask BetCoin support about whatever issue it is you're describing.

That email you received was someone else in a phishing attempt. Dont click it. Could a support rep chime in here about this situation and how to take precautions? many people got it.

it downloads some file on computer

Whoa didn't know about a phishing attempt. But there's also a mandatory password reset by betcoin. Maybe it's related? I had to change my password recently to gain access to my account (original pw didn't work anymore).

This message is shown on the website where you log in: "Mandatory Password Reset: You must use a new unique password you have never used before. Click the Reset new password link below to reset your password."

Something is up with Betcoin.

First mandatory password change for everyone.

Then the phishing emails - I got one too with a trojan in the URL location - How did they get my username and e-mail? I never shared them with anyone.

Now theyve taken 2 weeks to process a 10 BTC cashout.

They are definitely having some troubles now. Be wary of them at the moment.

I am waiting for a withdrawal as well, normally they are processed within 24 hours so not sure what is going on...

I just talked to support why my withdraw took 3 days just now and they said it was cuz some people have been illegally obtaining Bitcoins somehow and then using Betcoin as a way to "wash" or launder that money so they must review a lot of cashouts in detail right now.

LOL , and how did people get these so called illegal bitcoins? Does it make sense that they would let people play with illegally obtained bitcoins but only put a hold on accounts during withdrawl? What about all the accounts that had emails jeopardized? How did people obtain emails to try to phish?

What really happened is that emails where compromised. Phishing attempts where made. Money was probably stolen. Betcoin is going thru transactions with fine comb.

I'd agree that explanation seems pretty questionable. If people wanted to "wash" their bitcoins, there are probably easier/better ways to do so than sending it to, then withdrawing from Betcoin.

Also very unlikely that such a problem just happened to begin in the recent past.

2. Whats the withdraw situation looking like now?
