I've done nothing wrong other than withdraw slightly more than I deposited. I must strongly advise that no one plays there.

They are telling me that my account has been flagged for "Fraud". That's laughable.

I guess they are just trying to flat out steal my bitcoins now. Super shady stuff.





They never contacted me to inform me that my account was marked for "fraud"? They won't even tell me what "fraud" is. I can tell you that i've never done anything fraudulent. I've deposited 0.8 btc and cashed out 1.2 btc. 1btc I've received and i'm waiting on the other 0.2.

I have another 0.2 in my account that I can play with. Kinda sucks that I win a little for once and my account is marked for "Fraud". **** these guys. I can't even win when I win.

I didn't screen shot the part where they said my account had been flagged for fraud. I just spoke to a higher up named Thomas. He told me that the previous support misspoke and that my account was under review, but not for fraud. He said all newer players go through a review process, whether that is true or not I cannot say.

Anyway, he processed the withdrawal and I got it sent to my account it. It's unfortunate though that i've withdrawn twice from this site and both time I've had to wait several days and contact them several times.

Reviewing your account != trying to steal your bitcoin.

Reviewing my account for "fraud" yeah, seems suspect.

I get why you'd be frustrated. But starting a thread saying they are trying to steal your bitcoin because they're reviewing your account is pretty silly. This sort of thing happens on all poker sites from time to time.

I've easily withdrawn tons of BTC from Betcoin without issue.

To say they are "stealing your bitcoin" after 1-2 days of having them review your account is LOL

Im having the same issue, play being reviewed without any info. I requested a cashout 10 days ago. Emails kept saying it would be resolved within hours, never happened. Yesterday I wrote again and they said "You have an outstanding withdrawal still? What is the amount?" to which I replied the very first cashout Ive been waiting for 10 days now to which they replied nothing (14 hours ago and within their business hours).

Yeah it's not as if a BTC-based company has ever been dishonest towards its customers.

yeah they made me hound them to get my withdrawal, it was a major pain.

They review withdraws to first time withdraws and also review if you have never deposited but are making a withdraw. They have to make sure there isn't anything going on. Especially when they are linked to the wpn games. Someone could have deposited on a stolen cc on bcp, chip dumped to someone on betcoin through heads up sng and them cashed out. That's just one example.

I won 8800.00 in the 125k warm up. Got 4th. I them won more on blackjack. I received a 51 btc cash out in under an hour. They pay out. Be patient if they are reviewing your account and open a support ticket. Follow up once a day not multiple times or tickets. If you open a few it gets flagged as spam and they don't see it right away.

I noticed the tournament lobby appears to be totally frozen. The same ones have been registering all day, but the enrolled number never changes and I can neither open a tournament lobby nor click the register button from outside. Anyone else?

Edit: the cash game lobby works fine for me.

Same problems . I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still nothing.

I'd suggest you use caution on any bitcoin site with slow withdrawals. In the history of bitcoin, it's always been a red flag. Remember MTGOX.

Past 18 hours I have been unable to use the web version of the software.

I am greeted with a "Connecting to Server ..." that never *connects* to the server.

The recent wpn updates broke it. The eta for web client running again is sometime today.
