I was about to make a cashout of BTC, but entered the wrong info in the "address" field.
So when I got the e-mail asking me to click a link to confirm the transaction, I declined to do so, instead opting to send a message to support about the mistake, and asked them to return my balance to the original amount.
I presume at the very least, not clicking the confirmation e-mail will refund my balance, but don't have much experience with these guys.
Hopefully this process works itself in a few minutes, not days, weeks etc...etc....
Will let you know how it goes.
