Does their mobile software work or is it still in development? A bit confused as to whether or not it's currently functional from some of the comments I read on their site

If your trying to use it on a mobile device it only works through Puffin web browser, as far as I know.

What does it mean?

WD concern. I have a pending WD that was verified/confirmed on July 4th and nothing has been executed. I have had a support message saying "We will fix you up right away" and still nothing after 5 more days. I am trying to be patient and optimistic but I am starting to loose faith. I have a long string of support messages back and forth that are amounting to excuses. This is my soft warning. I will update as soon as I have been paid. DF

I was about to make a cashout of BTC, but entered the wrong info in the "address" field.

So when I got the e-mail asking me to click a link to confirm the transaction, I declined to do so, instead opting to send a message to support about the mistake, and asked them to return my balance to the original amount.

I presume at the very least, not clicking the confirmation e-mail will refund my balance, but don't have much experience with these guys.

Hopefully this process works itself in a few minutes, not days, weeks etc...etc....

I've never had one problem cashing out with them. Most I've waited was 24 hours. Something's wrong

Seems they may not be fully staffed to handle such a situation over the weekend. I was politely asked to be patient till Monday.

Just to update - they fully resolved my issue today. All chips back in my account

Very good customer service experience.

Still no WD or response from customer service on the subject. I have completely stopped playing poker on there until this is resolved. At this point I would advise anyone against playing on this site. I am hoping for the best but until I see some sign from them that everything is ok I am having a hard time believing they are legit. The cashout is for 10btc FWIW.

Have you tried going thru https://www.betcoin.ag/ and clicking on live chat ?

I did, and gave them the ticket # I was referencing. They were able to resolve my issue w/in minutes, during normal business hours. I am not sure what the response might be at night or on the weekends, but they did tell me that on weekends some resources are not available that are on weekdays.......FWIW

I have used the chat and they do relay the message to support but it is not a case in which support is not getting the emails. They have actually responded (until this last one 2 days ago). The last email I sent was very clear and simple.. "What is the problem with my cashout?" and "are you solvent" I am at least hoping for an answer to the first question.

Idk about ur specific situation but I've been putting in a withdraw request when I log off at night and it's in my blockchain before I wake up the next day total of 4 withdrawals so far in the last couple week.

Cashout received. Total days 19 after confirmation. Very happy to get cashout but still not thrilled about the amount of effort it took to finally get them to execute it.

Waiting for my cashout ... totally assumed it would be effortless given my previous experiences with btc poker/sportsbetting. The software was certainly better than swc's, so I had pretty high expectations. Boy was I wrong.

The software lets you make an account without an email address (there is a field for email, but it expressly lacks the star denoting a required field), upon cashing out, I was informed an email confirmation is required to withdraw, so I emailed support to make a ticket.

My ticket has still been pending for 36 hours, tried the live chat as someone in this thread mentioned previously and they said my ticket would be looked at "soon." Not sure why they couldn't have looked at my ticket while I was on live chat, but that was a complete waste of time.

Looking for help from someone that might know a representative of the site. My account has been locked and my w/d has been seized on 7/18. I have emailed and contacted support numerous times through live chat and have received no answers, basically just telling me they will get back to me. My last contact on live chat someone got on and basically told me"you know what you did", and I really don't know what they think I did. Even that person wouldn't give me an explanation of what they are accusing me of doing, hard to defend a case when I don't know what they think I did.

Are you sending your whole balance of your blockchain account? If so, you need to leave enough in there, .0001 I believe, for the transfer fee.

Played on Betcoin for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed! Low traffic, of course, but hope that improves. Software is smooth, easy to get used to.

As someone in a state with few options for online play, this seems to be the best right now.

I asked them about this was a little worried since i just got on the site with great rewards so excited about that. they said that on large cashouts they need to review and just forgot to get back to it on some large cashouts because they are so busy. Good to know they didn't steal from you!

Betcoin customer support sucks! I have contacted them several times via e-mail and no one care to respond! This is very unprofessional ..

If Betcoin is taking business seriously, they have to respond to their customers .., not to mention that if you need to talk to them will be impossible since they don't have a phone number to call!

I demand a Betcoin representative to answer why my emails, why am I been ignored?

To all 2+2 players if you want to play on WPN network avoid Betcoin Poker, they don't take their customers seriously - use AC, BCP or any other skin where at least they have customer service who will respond to you.

Have you tried getting on their Live Chat? I've found them very responsive both to email and chat myself.

Also have you checked that your spam filter isn't picking up the emails from betcoin?
