Thanks for the post and we have enjoyed having you guys as clients for so long.
I haven't seen the email and i am not sure if you just asked about help with payments or also why we are still promoting them.
As for the former, there is little that can be done from our side that we havent already done as far as trying to improve cashout times by asking on player behalves. Sadly the days of us having any sway on the matter are long gone and so referring you back to Lock support is all we can do.
As for the second part (whether you asked or not) I will explain:
There are very few places that US players can play these days. We still try to provide the ones where you can and that have enough traffic to get games.
A consequence of playing at most US rooms is the slow payouts. These are unavoidable in most cases. However we continue to promote those rooms because, although things are taking a long time, we are yet to hear of circumstances where our players have not been paid eventually. Obviously there needs to be a time limit on that waiting period.
I agree 6 months seems rather excessive for a cashout request from February and i will see what i can find out.
