see, it isn't specifically about you. i don't doubt the bot company could work with another big affiliate or direct with some sites. but iPoker never really cared about player complaints and i think it would make a difference if the bigger sportsbooks and the reputable affiliates would put more pressure on iPoker regarding the bot and other problems. at least someone should care about the longevity of integrity of the game and not only their short term return.

You are right about the integrity of the game though. But as for the big networks (and I am not specifically referring to the one your brought up in particular), they seldom listen to affiliates big or small. Often they are too proud to ask advice or listen to suggestions. They don't tell affiliates/other verticals how to run their businesses and likewise they don't expect to be told how to run theirs.

As we've highlighted before, this is a young and, excluding those floated companies, largely unregulated industry. That isn't going to change soon I am sad to say.

Hello, I play on RPM and my sn begins with a '0'. I was told (through email support) that my play is not automatically tracked via rtr site because it starts with a zero and needs to be updated manually.

I dont really care that it is not tracked (non-rb account) but was wondering if this is preventing me from qualifying for any races, freerolls or other various promos? Should I be emailing you guys every month to get updated or is my play being tracked for promotional purposes?

Yep, nice spot - we had a couple of players missing from the carbon reports and rather send out any emails with errors etc, we gave ourselves an extra day or so to make sure everything goes out correct.
