I recently changed my Ongame skin and signed to Coral through RTR. If I want to retain my previous Poker Screen name do I have to uninstall my previous ongame skin and delete my account or this is not possoble at all?

In RTR advertise said that u can get up to 77% of vip cash back, thats not including races or first deposit bonus... so whats the real deal here? i know Rtr is a well reputated affiliate but this is weird.

I hope is a mistake so we can really take advantage off the promo of up to 77% plus fdp+races... if not just tell us straight forward and shut down the false advertise.

That's great detective work, but there's no false advertising on our part. The text on our pages is all written by the room. Getting to 77% is obviously a big ask. You need to get to the top VIP level and then accumulate a lot of points etc.

Strangly the way vip points are earned have been cut in half with the new weighted rake and depending on playerstyle like me it is even worse

I have always signed up through you on a dozen of sites and raked a lot of money. Not sure you can track it all since i cant remember my account at raketherake.
I didnt play poker for over 6montsh but started up again at unibet /micrograming this week.

I signed up through you and pressed on this bonus.

Now Unibet says to me that the 500 euro bonus dont exist, then i ask for what they have instead? And this is before i started to play. then they say they have a 1000 kr (140 EURO) bonus, and i have to rake 9000 vip point to get it. Then i write them back the next day and says i already have 9000 vip point so its well deserved.

Now they wont even give me my lame 140 euro bonus.

Ive raked like 700 euros in two days, so i went from signing up for a 500 euro bonus, to be degraded to 140 euro bonus, to nothing. They claim now they didnt have my confirmation to "start" my 140 euro bonus and i now have to rake 9000 vip point again.

First of all why is there even a 500 euro bonus signup banner if i cant get it?

Secondly i accept a stupid degrade of 350 euro in bonus, and now i wont get that either.

In total i raked 40.000 dollars last year, and i wont rake a dime more at unibet or anything for you if this aint getting solved. I have contacted them through email in both danish and english before i started to play, and making them aware of i want a sign up bonus + rakeback .

Furthermore i have called them. And they have been nothing but useless. So if unibet will loose a big smallstakes plo grinder because of peanuts, and yes it is peanuts, but this is the principle ! im not being fooled around because of greedyness. Its very obv that i have raked and played a big amount of hands in a couple of days.

Im not accepting the cheating banner or the imbecile support they have given me. Please figure out the 500 euro bonus or let me have degraded bonus. I now you can put pressure on them.

And the 1000 kr / 140 euro bonus is automaticall on theyre own page

in the recent discussion thread about bots in the iPoker network was shown that a big bot company uses your services and offers rakeback through one of your reflinks (ref-id:RTR23913, the link was edited out in the post).

are you aware of that and do you plan to continue this relationship?

don't me wrong. i used RTR at many sites and always had good experiences with you.
but imho you support botting when you keep a business relationship with a company like that.
