I didn't receive 2nd Noiq rake race money, i was wandering is it paid already?
Also i don't see bankroll buster points, maybe they are not shown but will be added after promotion ends?

The race payments are usually due by the 15th of the following month though we liaise with the rooms to try to pay the short races earlier

The bankroll stuff is added later yes

If he already has an RTR account then I am afraid you can't earn any referral credit for him. He just needs to visit the Genting page as normal and sign up and add it to his profile

I got the same ticket for 15k qualifier on Carbon but i'm wondering if this is for 21+ players only since underage players probably can not play the live event. Are the prizes transferable to cash or anything?

William Hill - when you have reached the $4k, please send an email to help@raketherake.... and we will take care of it. Choosing the cash instead is possible but at the discretion of the room etc. But it should be OK as a lot of people like to choose a higher spec iPad so sending cash is best.

i feel a bit conned by the way you advertise the genting deal:

you say up to 65% cashback on the room review. but it seems the bonus is 21% and the cashback is maybe 9% giving 30% cashback.

i looked on the genting website and just discovered that the rest is given out in bonus money.

Regards the first post - of course its certainly not our intention to mislead.
Perhaps we need to make it clearer that because they operate a happy hour which earns 50% more points you can earn up to $60 back per $100

We have asked them why some of it is paid in bonus instead of cash - though if you continue raking it is of course the same thing.
