Can someone please clarify this simple issue about Merge bonuses:

RTR says that at RPM deposit bonus are 100% and clear at 75 VIP points per dollar. At Carbon it's twice that w/ 200% at 125 VIP points per dollar. Does this mean at Carbon I'm getting twice the $ back but just at a slower rate?

Example: Let's say I only earn a mere 1000 points during the entire period these bonus deals apply. At RPM I'm getting $13.00, while at Carbon I'm getting $16.00. In reality it's not exactly that the bonus is twice as good at Carbon because they clear differently. Is this correct or am I missing something here?

At Carbon you would actually be getting $8 compared to $13.33 at RPM

Now the difference really depends on how many $$$ you think you can clear.

If you are a middle-big raker then it's better to clear Carbon's because you can get $2000 in total.

If you are a smaller player then RPM bonus is better.

However you can always use RTR600 at Carbon and that clears at the same rate as the RPM bonus

And of course you need to take all promotions in to account.

April was my first month with raketherake (signed up the 22nd) and im just curious about the recorded rake not being updated since last thursday, I saw you said the staff has been busy the last few days but I just wanted to make sure the numbers for last month would be fully updated this week at some point?

Also, does the money that comes out of the bbj tables that goes into the bbj prize pool count for rake in the personal rakechase and other raketherake promotions? Im just trying to figure out how to keep track of it in my holdem manager so I know exactly where I am at for the rakerace and I don't accidentally fall short of my target.

Yes RTR600 will get you 75 points per $1 in bonus AND also get you the free training for raking $1

There is nothing similar for RPM at this point.

So it is not possible to sign up for AP rakeback on RTR right now? I have an UB account on RTR and was very happy with the affiliate but now I'm in a rush to make an account on AP too should I be looking for another RB affiliate?

Hi RTR, I was wondering with all the uncertainty surrounding UB/AP at the moment I was wondering about my rakeback and referral money that I have coming for April, I was wondering if this money could be held on to by RTR and not automatically credited to my account on Cereus the middle of this month? Also If I could get the money for April on some other poker room that now serves the American market that would be great but don't know if that is possible. Thank you.

I am afraid the rakeback will be paid direct to your AP/UB account as normal.

As for referral bonuses you can remove the payment method from your profile on RTR. Assuming that we get paid by AP/UB then those will be paid at some point in the future.

We are looking to add Carbon and Cake as payment methods for US players referrals etc.

A few questions on RPM:

#1) is the personal rake chase updated daily? Only been on for 2 days, but my
page isnt showing anything despite contributing approx $275 in rake so far.

#2) Do I have to opt in for anything that im not aware of like RPM's double VIP
points on Mon and Thu.

#3) After using signup bonus on RPM (RMPPOKER) for $500, I noticed RTR's is
actually $1000....Is it too late to get the other $500?

TY RTR, in regards to removing payment methods for referral payments as they are now you can only receive them on a poker account at Party Poker, Full Tilt or UB/AP. Party and Tilt aren't options for Americans now and now with Cereus having their problems that is sort of iffy as an option as well, I see where you can have payment sent to MoneyBookers and NetTeller but those aren't open to Americans either I don't think. Is there any other option at this time to have the referral money sent to or to have it held by RTR itself on your account?

You said that RTR was looking into adding Carbon and Cake as payment methods, would this include other Merge rooms like RPM as well or just Carbon? I'm thinking of starting to play some on either Carbon or RPM and being able to get payments on either one or the other might be a deciding factor on who I go with here. Thanks again.
