Hello,

Is it possible to switch affiliates? I signed up for rakeback on ACR through rakebrain (I've used them since 2012), but it's been a few days and my account for ACR is still pending there and I am not getting any response from the support there. I don't seem to be earning any Elite points on ACR so I'm guessing my rakeback is being calculated and what not. However, since I just read up on all the hassles with rakebrain I am interested in switching to you guys. Do you guys do retroactive rakeback on rake I've already generated but hasn't been paid out yet?

Ouch, I did not realize that. So if I can get rakebrains permission to switch I should be okay? I am located in the US, so that affiliate won't work for me. Any affiliate you recommend for US players? I haven't played online poker since 2012 so I am really out of the loop on who is good now.

I didn't say that about Unibet

Perhaps you mean Betfair?

You get 35% straight away + 20% sign up bonus + 10-15% Race
Then when the bonus is finished you get 10% from their Bank Job promo each month +35% rakeback +10-15% from our race

It is possible sometimes yes. It jut depends whether it's tracked to another affiliate and/or how active you have been. Obviously the less active the better as they want to reactivate people.

You can also check out www.PokerUS.com but that will also only show licensed rooms that are available in a couple of States.
I'm afraid Florida hasn't licensed anyone yet AFAIK

You get a manual payment which is equal to 40% minus any points you have cashed in or have outstanding that month.

Well this is what i see on their site.

Their Stellar rebates are worth about 6%
To get them all you need to rake $20,000 in a year
even if you earn one you then have to jump through hoops to claim the cash rather than it being automatically credited.

You do get additional bonuses at gold level of $75 for every $1250 you rake
or 6% again but i think you then have to clear that bonus.

So in a nutshell, rakeback at any other room of 15% or more should be better than the VIP programme there.

But don't pokerstars have somewhat lower rake than other sites which would make up in the rakeback %?

Would you advise to play at another site & get rb + sign up bonus etc until I can move up to bigger stakes

Most rooms rake is up to 5% - capped at $3/€3 etc and Stars are no different.
In fact in some games they take $5 (albeit very high stakes)

Ultimately you need to be playing where you can win and worry about rakeback as a second factor.

We have rakeback based on the old rake method rather than the new silly SBR system
