After waiting a week, I resent my complaint letter to ICG and KCG. Kahnawake just responded as follows:

Yes,it is true they have liquidated.

Wow, great, thanks guys.

Unfortunately not much useful info. But still good to see people making an effort to get info out. He does seem to think that the total number of money owed is about 5 million.

In this whole confusing matter, mabye someone can answer my question about Microgaming does their accounting, since aparently there is no central place where money is kept:

Lets say Joe poker is playing on Euro Linx a few days before the crash, and he beats someone on one of the tusk skins for 5k. So now Tusk owes the Euro linx people 5k? But Tusk is liquidated so Linx has to float the $ now? I would really like to find out how the accounting strings are being pulled in this circus. I know that I personally have taken a lot of $ off of non-tusk players because their names are on leaderboards at other sites. Do the sites just pay each other up at the end of the month or what?

I can just imagine... like they're playing their own poker game with our money. Like tusk, euro linx, and doyles room (or who ever owns them), are sitting around the table, and at the end of the month doyle is like "ok tusk you owe me 50k this month tusk. thats how much my players beat your players for". And then tusk is like "ok, just take it out my share that euro linx ows me and I'll give u the other 10k.. wait how about double or nothing for next month?"

Microgaming handles the transfers. That's part of running a network.

Yes your scenario seems correct from my understanding. As I mentioned before I assumed all funds were kept centrally because it is very obvious why seperate accounts would cause problems. It is possible that not only does tusk owe money to players but to other prima skins as well.

I have not read a good chunk in the middle of this thread, but it is completely insane that absolute lost 25% percent of their players in a "superuser scandal" in large part due to 2+2, yet microgaming has done a much much great injustice in this situation stealing millions of dollars, yet most of the decreased traffic is merely due to locked and shut down accounts.

C'mon 2+2. Do not leave money on a network where their governing body will leave you out in the cold. Anyone in the 2+2 anti-absolute mob who still plays on prima (microgaming) is nothing but a hypocrite.

Microgaming hasn't stolen a penny. Whatever their shortcomings in this matter they haven't done that.

The games on the AP network were fixed by insiders at AP. One of Microgaming's more than 40+ independent licensees failed. That you can't see that the situations are different reflects on no one but you.

Problem is microgaming skins are NOT independent. Microgaming has direct say in what sorts of things they can and cannot do (i.e bonuses and rakeback). Microgaming also takes a percentage of the rake from these casinos. In many regards microgaming has more control over the kins than the owners themselves.

Alos if a dispute occurs between skins as to who owes who money you can bet that microgaming has a bigger say in rectifying the situation than any of the individual cardrooms.

Yeah, sounds like a great idea. You could probably find someone in your neighbourhood to take your claim.

Or you could read the last few pages of the thread, and file your claim once you receive information on how to do so later this week. Or whenever they feel like telling everyone.
