I cant get to any details tab, but the "click here to verify your account" is actually a direct link to "www.moneybookers.nu"

That moneybookers domain is listed as revoked when i try to go visit it.

In fact just googled the domain and only thing that comes up is a link to a phishing website.

Yes you should be worried/well enough to take action.

That website is verified as a scam website.

http://www.phishtank.com/phish_detai...hish_id=401824

Contacting moneybrookers is a must. Good thing is that sounds like there is no money in the account.

This is assuming you filled in information at that site (such as your login name/password).

I did not fill any information at the phishing link, i only clicked on it, the page it opened was saying something like "this is a revoked page bla bla". There was no way i could type my infos.

If you need to contact us, we are still available through bonus@rednines.com.

Regarding the lack of information, this is because we are not receiving any. While we very much would like to tell our players what is going on - we don't know. Tusk does not say anything, MGS does not say anything.

What we are doing now is awaiting the liquidator's assessment. Hopefully once that is done we will have a clearer picture of the situation.

We will keep you posted as soon as we have any REAL information.

Sincerely,

Rednines
My point is...after all this time, the first time I hear a rednines voice is to bitch about some random misinformation on a message board. You're obviously here monitoring things...speak the F up. I'm not sure how much longer any of us can tolerate "we have no information". Whether or not it's true, it's still crap to us. Can you comprehend the livelihoods the parties involved are messing with? So excuse me, and this goes to those apologists on this board as well, for being frustrated with this situation. I simply can not take any more excuses.

...seriously, what do you guys expect to happen when a player is randomly locked out of their account, no emails are answered, and no statements are made? Try being proactive.

rok - don't be such a drama-queen. What do you want them to do? Do you want them to get on this thread every hour and post "We have no new information. Thanks."? I mean seriously, you're getting all worked up over something that is out of your control, and out of Rednines control. If they are not getting any information from MG and Tusk, then there is nothing for them to do or post about. Try and have some patience because no matter how pissed off you get, it won't change a thing except making you miserable.

I have over $7300 stuck on Arctic, which may or may not be substantial to you, but it is substantial to me, so I can relate to your frustration. Just be sensible and save yourself some undue stress.

My problem is with the silence. Yes, I want them to post fairly regularly, whether or not there is anything new. 3 posts in over a week does not qualify. I realize things are out of my control, which is EXACTLY the problem. If I'm not control, I'd like to know that somebody IS. And I'd like to know what that person knows. Is that so much to ask? More to the point, what I don't want is to be ignored.

Hi Guys,

I'm sorry, we dont have any more information. We were told Monday, then we were told Tuesday, now we're told Wednesday - there's not really any more I can offer than that.

We're really frustrated with this situation. I wish we could get some posts from MGS and Tusk here, but I guess that isn't going to happen. We understand that peoples livelihoods are at stake here, and we understand that in the meantime pros cannot effectively 'earn a living' not to mention the fact that many peoples biggest asset is currently inaccessable and on the line.

We're in a similar position, most of our capital is tied up in this fiacso, seeing as we maintained funds as balances ready to help players get their accounts funded quickly. Aside from that we now have no idea what is going to happen to our business. Having said that our primary concern is for our players' balances and we are currently doing all we can to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

We've been constantly monitoring this thread hoping that maybe some news will be filtered here before it gets to us even, that's how 'out of the loop' we (as the skin owners) are at the moment. My guess is RCC, R9 and BFP are in a similar position.

Sorry we cant give any more info, but at the moment there is no more info to give I'm afraid.

Best regards,
Arctic Poker

have you as a skin owner had any contact with TUSK prior to this fiasco, or were they just a 3rd party MG set u up with?

I almost think the same as rok but im not pissed at the skins cause they have nothing much to do with the situation and still theyre taking their time to post on threads telling us all they know. Actually im pissed at Tusk and Microgaming for keeping all this situation private.

we only dealt with MPP/Tusk, we had no (and still have no) direct contact with MGS.

We don't really know what is going on with MPP/Tusk and it is no good speculating on what is going on with them, so all we can do is wait I'm afraid.

My guess is their businesses are worth a lot more than the initial 25k fee. Heck, a snow cone business is worth more than 25k probably. ;]

The 28 sites, especially the bigger ones like Red9's and BF have a lot more to lose than any individual player I'm sure.

I am too. Tusk and Microgaming are the ones to be pissed at. I think the skin owners are in the same situation that we all are...twisting in the wind.

It sounds almost like a deposit to cover the time gap between a user clicking the button to deposit and the funds actually arriving in their account, in order for those deposits to appear to the user to be instant and therefore allow immediate play and rake generation.

Microgaming should change that bit to something like:

"with over 40xxxx err um with over 4 card rooms... ... the Microgaming poker network ensures players will always find an active table, as well as the hottest action, except in the event of unannounced bans of some of our card rooms, with no warning or explanation to players, at our sole discretion... ....setting the highest standards in the gaming industry, most notably in the areas of fair gaming, responsible operator conduct..."
