We will be in contact with MGS and our aim is to find out what happend and how do we as the poker room owners fix it.

As I get more information, I will pass it along here, to you all. That is literally all I know right now.

Microgaming has been around since before online poker, and I don't think a player has ever lost money when one of their casinos or poker rooms shut down. I'm sure your money is safe this time, though you may not have access to it for a while.

Tusk (MPP) handles all the player purses for us. Cashouts, Deposits, etc. They do all the support, call center, affiliate software, upgrades to our poker clients. We are not able to do cashouts without them.

We are trying to get in contact with them to find out exactly what happend and what is going on and what we need to do.

As soon as I get ANY information I will pass it along here.

That contradicts Microgaming's statement, which said:

I'd trust Microgaming's statement.

Hi everyone,

We are also investingating the incidents brought to our attention at this very forum. Until we have gotten a formal notification from MPP/TUSK there is not much we can say. They are the ones who operate RedNines. We are as shocked as all of you by the info presented here, but we are working on gathering as much documentation as possible.

Sincerely,

Just seen what's happened - really bad situation for them, sorry to all the players that are left stranded. I can assure you that the microgaming network is as strong as ever.

Hi all,

We are in the same situation as Battlefield and Rednines and all others. We have yet to receive an official notification about this from our solution provider Tusk.

Hey Ron,

The intention is not to get business, I wasnt punting our room at all, but as a member of a room on the Microgaming network, I was hoping to offer some encouragement to players that might be feeling distressed at the moment. Personally I hope it comes right for the Tusk guys.

For those that aren't aware, eCogra revoked this group's seal 12 days ago. In retrospect, that would have been a good hint to pull money out.

Guys, as you'd expect we are also in the same boat, we had no indication this was coming and we're now trying to get some news from anyone at Tusk or MGS.

I will post here again when I get any information.

ha, you probably wouldn't have received your money anyway even if you cashed out then, but I am not sure how long a cashout takes as I didn't even get a chance to try one yet.

Where did you find out about this? If it didn't make CNN or the front page of the St. Augustine Record I wouldn't have seen it...

That really sucks. Just signed up with Red Nines in January, got $1.7k on the site, as I hadn't made any cashouts yet, and owed about $200 rakeback. I've cashed out to Moneybookers. Guess we will have to wait and see.

Pop up when going to cashier about rumours on the internet and investigating situatiion. Deposit option is blocked.

Online gambling news sites reported it. It's been mentioned on 2+2 as well.

Just to clear up some things:

where are the player's bankrolls held?

are cashouts/deposits done through microgaming as a whole or is each skin seperate in that regard?

what are the chances we won't see our money bacause of this?

"Microgaming announces that it has terminated its software licence with Tusk Investment Corporation."

So is Tusk or Microgaming holding the players' money currently?

If Microgaming is, wouldn't it be as easy as getting a new company to handle the cashouts and give us our money?

And if Tusk is, what are the chances they will release the money if the license with Microgaming is terminated?
