I'm fairly certain Scott was following protocol in terms of what he did. Otherwise it would simply be appealed every time he did something like that, the appeal would win and he would eventually lose his job. Notice he mentions that a supervisor was also involved in the decision. OP acting like an ass and swearing at pokerstars employees (which I'm sure they deal with fairly often, so he in all likelihood when overboard with) with every letter and every irrational statement and then begging for another chance when confronted with an actual repercussion for his ridiculous behavior. OP deserves this and the fewer jerkoffs there are on the site the better it is for everyone else (whether the banned players are winners or losers overall, imo).

We only know OP's version of events and frankly he has made himself look like a moron without Stars even having to defend their actions.
Yeah, this is how I read it too.

Nice ban. Too bad it took one more donator out of the game.

for some reason i don't think this will be his last time playing on stars. Possibly on a illegal account and then he'll start a thread about them taking money out of his illegitimate account.

Gotta love human psychology! There's a guy on youtube who has a bunch of rigged compilations up. Ever see them? Of course, he continues to play, lose money, post vids, etc. LOL!

Here's an example;

OP sign up for Lock Poker. You can say and do whatever you want, deposit with whatever friends credit card you choose and since you never cash out anyway....it will be a match made in .......somewhere.

Why is this a nice ban?

First OP gets wrongly banned and accused of fraude.

Then he gets banned for swearing in the e-mails.
He was still mad, so what?

Third time he gets banned for nothing.

If PS screws up and you lose your temper it could also happen to you if guys like Scott take things this personal. The lines "I gave it to you" and "So much for your promise" give that away.
OP doesn't deserve this, let him play poker.

I do not see a difference really. Did something like this happen:
OP did not follow the rules and should have been banned by pokerstars according to their rules. But it was Scott's birthday and he got a birthday cake and everybody sang happy birthday for him so he was in a good mood. And he told OP "oh what the heck, i'm giving you a last chance". Then a week later somebody had slashed Scott's tires and he was late for work and his boss got angry at him. Now OP had a bad day at the tables and sent Scott an angry e-mail. And Scott is like "Screw this guy, I give you a last chance and you treat me like this. Kiss your playing privileges goodbye!".

He could just be a professional and act according to the rules and not make it personal.

OP, why do you abuse the support staff? Do you yell at the dealer during live games as well :s

if you can't handle a little swearing, don't work in client service.

Appeal?

There is no appeal on Pokerstars. The reps are really the judge, jury and executioner when it comes to decisions of closing down accounts.

You could. There are an infinite number of other pointless things you could do and choose not to stop doing as well. You should explore your possibilities.

If i start winning millions because Pokerstars decided to overhaul their RNG program because Tony2323 "got sucked out on by 4% odds seriously" i personally will cover all your losses Tony.

In the mean time be nicer to people who have your money.
