Banned from pokerstars for no reason, administrators refuse to explain

I've been banned by pokerstars three years ago, but the administrators just gave me links about responsible gambling and refused to say what they're talking despite me never having any problems with responsible gambling or cheating. so does this mean they just prefer to have me out of their site for personal reasons and that i'm not allowed to defend myself if they don't want to say what they're talking about?

If they allowed you to withdraw any remaining balance then they can essentially refuse your business and keep your account closed. Responsible gambling is taken very seriously at Stars

i didn't have money on it at the time, although the star points/chests are also worth a little. i already told them multiple times i really don't know what they're talking about, i've never cheated or had problems with responsible gambling, but they said they can't give me more information.
