A week ago I tried to log in to GG and received this message

I kind of see that they’re banning me, but they promise a refund. I calmed down a little, but then I read it and see why I’m being banned, for using RTA😨

In short, I was given 3 warnings for bumhunting, for selecting at regular Omaha tables, for selecting at fullring and for selecting at 6max hold'em, the penultimate time I greatly reduced my selection, and after the last warning I did not select at all and left the table only when there were 3 people left , I even wrote them a letter that no matter how much I want to break the rules and try to play without selection, they answered me that if I don’t break anything I won’t be banned



Since June I started playing rake racing on GG at 25 and 50 6-max and very rarely rush, nickname Goko D Jambo, everyone who skates these limits plus or minus should have seen me, I have GTO+, flopzilla, simple, x2n on my computer, I'm trying to learn and perhaps some of these programs could be turned on during the game, Excel and the browser were often turned on, of course. It’s clear that I didn’t use them during the game, I don’t have such a powerful computer that the solver could count the spots in seconds while playing on 9 tables, but I don’t deny that they could have been turned on at some point.


My friend received 2 reports for using corporate software for promises, but I didn’t receive any strike, I would have understood if I had received a ban for bamhunting, since I could accidentally leave the table, for example, when I clicked leave all tables or the last 3 days I skated for an hour and just closed everything, but RTA, I didn’t even know that such a thing existed. I only read similar bans on AoF, but I didn’t see similar situations in the cache.

I have 2.5k hands in GG alone, I play a lot and I like the room, I consider my ban to be unfair, to put it mildly, I am open to cooperation and hope for a positive result


Perhaps something in the processes could be running, but if I received a notification, I would of course start monitoring this moment. There was no intent in the violation, I think that such a decision is too strict

Warned multiple times for bumhunting and then caught playing with plenty of forbidden softwares. I mean what do you want them to do? It is more difficult for them to keep you than banning you. If you had this softwares with no tables, I would find the punishment maybe harsh but while playing it is a different story.
Why would you have this softwares running while you play?

I didn’t launch the programs on purpose; during the year of playing, maybe 5 times they were turned on, because I simply forgot to turn them off. It didn’t even occur to me that they could somehow help me in the game, I play 15k hands a day, how would I use Flopzilla or GTO+, gto+ one spot takes 20 minutes. What programs are prohibited? h2n, it doesn’t work here, solvers won’t help either, browser and Excel? Give me a warning, I will close everything
