Because it's like one level above Ignition in terms of EZ gaimz. Also looking for something I can play on an iPad while on the live grindd.

Doesn't reeeally concern me. PPP have done well with their GPS countermeasure to collusion. But the games/clubs I'd be playing in, I don't think it'd be a huge issue anyway.

Yeah you need to deposit through brokers, but that's fine. Not like I'm going to be depositing 10k at a time. Can hedge bets can play a fairly aggressive cashout strat fairly easily. I've never had an issue with not being paid from any of these clubs and would obv make sure my agents aren't ******ed.

most of the ppp games ran in syd/melb/bris do payout weekly and have been since its started. never had a problem with the chinamen failing to pay as well. you have as much risk as playing on ignition imo, especially if you go through a legit agent.

I've read through the thread and there appears to be some conflicting information. It seems like ignition and ACR are the 2 best options for Aust players would that be the general consensus? Looking probably to casually play MTT's and maybe some PLO. Not particularly interested in getting involved in Bitcoin. Or am I just wasting my time?

ACR is bitcoin only. On Ignition you can deposit via cc but unsure on withdrawal options. Igntition software is pretty lol tho, takes a lot of getting used to.

Anyone have similar trouble depositing on Ignition?

My only option is card and it keeps getting declined, even after account verification.

Fwiw my bank states it isn't them blocking it and support knows 2/5 of sweet fa about anything.

I have no bitcoin deposit option because "random" and "account specific option"...yay support!

Is this the new normal?

Would anyone be able to recommend good PPPoker clubs? I’m a regular in Crown and see many guys playing in there, decided to download the app today and finding it difficult to find reputable clubs.
Unfortunately, you're going to need to find this information other ways. Once we start allowing this kind of post, it attracts all the spammers and scammers who create accounts solely to build their businesses in the shadows, like octaviandum3, who I just banned for that reason.

gwp

I deposited earlier today with my card without hassle. I have a friend who has had trouble getting a deposit through, he is with 1 of the "big 4" banks. I'm with a credit union and have never had any problems fwiw.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm not with any of the big 4 but a smaller regional bank.

I just signed up at Ignition and deposited with Bitcoin.

I purchased Bitcoin on Coinbase. Then transferred it to Exodus which is a desktop wallet that resides on your PC. From there transferred into Ignition. Whole process took about 30-40 minutes.

When it comes to withdrawing though i'll go from Ignition to Exodus first and then from there to BTC Markets to withdraw to my bank account.

It's weird - Coinbase will allow you to deposit in AUD from a credit card but not withdraw & BTC will allow you to withdraw but not deposit from a credit card.

Why'd you use Coinbase when you have BTC Markets? Arbitrage?

Deposits through BTC Markets for me are BPay only which can take up to 2 business days to process, Coinbase is instant. Only reason really.

I just wanted to chime in about Ignition for those wondering that the min bank withdrawal for Aussie players is $1500 AUD not US

Cards that wont work include some Aus issued Amex and any card that doesnt allow foreign purchases

I can confirm that two major big 4 banks work for deposit and also some smaller banks with *orange cards*

Also if you have a AUS credit card that allows free fees for international purchases(whcih you shoudl if you are a poker player ) you wont pay a cash advance or curreny conversion fee. PM me if you need the name.

I have sucessfuly withdrawn a few times to my big 4 bank with no issues. Long Live igntion and its frustaing software but weak player pools.

Hey Guys,

I posted this in the other Australian thread but thought I post it here too since it seems the main thread for this discussion.

If you google the chinese app sites you there is a option to download them. Do you need to be invited to play in this games or can you just download them and play?

Also what games do they offer? like are there huplo games or is it basically all NLHE 6max only?

can you please explain why? I mean there is really no where else to play since I don't play full tables and only play huplo. ACR getting banned from the forum seems just wow, because it was the only place really where players could communicate with reps and other players who play on there, and now that the 2+2 boss has closed the winning poker network forum I mean its just hard to deposit money there with confidence of it not going like some other sites have done in the past. I did deposits on ignition and opened a huplo tables, sat there all week, hardly played a hand.

You'd be better off finding an AUS based PPPoker club for shorthanded PLO tbh. Juicier games too tbh
