the bodog88 site isnt geo-blocked, it loads fine and then after 5 seconds or so you get a bodog popup saying services are not available in your area. I've never used it was just looking into it as someone had mentioned its targeted for Asia/aus and can get rb there.
as for Ignition im on telstra with their default dns and have still had zero issues, played ever day with week through the regular client.
The good news is ISP's dont actually give a **** about online gambling (and downloading movies, torrents etc) and will only do the bare minimum of what they are required to so if Iggy wants to get around it they shouldn't have much trouble doing so
