I am one of the people that got banned on Full Tilt for using the bot. I can say that I have made more money playing Full Tilt than I spent on the bot and any additional software that I purchased. I am sure that Full Tilt knew what was going on long before they decided to shut it down. Looking at it from strickly financial standpoint, Full Tilt made a ton of money off of bots just in the rake alone. I have played in some tourneys that have gone deep in the money. The following graph is completely unassisted play at 2NL for over 150,000 hands.


Yes botting is wrong, so be it I did it, I got caught end of story for me anyway. My question as a botter is and I wonder if 2+2s FTP guy can comment on When and How the money that was siezed from all of the bots ,and believe me there were alot, is going to be distributed back to the players who lost to us?

how long did you bot? 150k hands really isn't much as a bot. and did you get any money out of the account ever? i saw one guy that played for the last 6 months and played 650,000 hands and only ended up with a couple hundred dollars which was in rakeback only if he ever did wind up cashing out.

Botting is useless. From some reports in the thread it sounds like you would make more as a chinease pesant.

I hope FTP shares all your IPs and MAC addresses and everything else they can to every othe rsite, and even your "legit" funds are seized and given away. Then your pictures from IDs should be shipped to every cardroom in America who should ban you. The IP you logged into here from should be sent to every affiliate who should report any account associated with it to the sites to ban you.

I'm quite sure there are many bots still left on Full Tilt. You could still be reaping the benefits, but you didn't cover your tracks. You got greedy, and my guess is you ran your bot for too many hours a day/never chatted/never turned off the bot and played yourself to throw off the stats.

Also, post your EV line too. I think you were running well above EV, based on the stats I've seen for other bots.

If I'm wrong about that, then prove it.

I will say that what ever time you spent on your bot was a waste, you have made close to nothing with the bot and will probably have a hard time getting back on FT (if they ever let you back).

The money that you happened to leave on your account was seized and redistributed. The real question is what happened to the money FT raked off of you. Apparently they were cool with what you were doing and they just kept it and shipped you back your RB. A break even hard core grinder is perfect for FT, not so much for the regs on the site.

If FT allowed this to happen, it's beyond my comprehension. Them knowingly allowing BE bots is basically them running house bots and a paying a fee to the handlers.

I'm really happy that a lot of cheats have been bounced from the site, but troubled that the people saying "online poker is rigged" might not be that far off.

$33 for me and i guess it was from my play at nl25. Is it also bad that i knew all about this bot and had flagged a few players that were potentialy using it? They were so bad though that i didnt see the point in reporting them. So not only did i take money from them at the tables i also get a bonus from them as well. Nice work FT.

Believe it or not peeps, OP was not the only one. Your/our refunds include a lot of other players. Instead of looking at how much OP took of FT, look at how much the innocents have been reimbursed, factor it by how much the cheaters had already cashed out, and be disgusted by how ****ed over the poker community has been.
