This is not a luck rant.
My gut instinct is just screaming something is off. Like some of these players know the results.
I have a crazy hand in a PLO satelite maybe 5 seats & 7 players left.
This guy was in the top 5 currently but it was close.
I raise AAxx PLO, he reshoves Q843 (3 spades) out the big, and wins.
I mean I wasn't seeing crazy reshoves B4 this. Then all a sudden he comes out of no where with this shove. When I saw the hand, I almost felt like he had to know and was gonna win.
If the action was crazy all the time, I would accept it. But its fairly rare, and usually makes no sense unless the player knows whats coming.
Anyways, just wondering anyone experiencing this. I get bad beats, but
something feels off about some of these plays.
You’ll have to do some data analysis otherwise this is just anecdotal.
Pref:
- Party 3b/squeeze/4b %
- % WWSD for 3b/squeeze/4b jams
- %WWSD for no preflop jam pots
- Any other site you have data on to compare against these would be ideal
Also, are you referring to just near bubble situations or the whole tournament?
Also pt2, PLO equities run closer together than you think so if just in PLO I put it down to mainly variance.
I’ve played on party a bit recently and have not noticed anything. It might be there though but if you make accusations like this I think it’s fair to put in the leg work
