your bet sizing will not effect your value, so it doesn't matter
the only thing it matters is variance - betting the minimum over and over would offer the least variance but would have the same value as betting all of it at once.
(total bet) x (house edge) = expected value
Figure out which game has lowest house edge, bet the exact ammount required however you want. It doesn't matter.
Anyone who says otherwise, ask them to explain their math.
