Ok, I've read a milion topics about kids freaking out about their account being suspended about validation etc.

This is the thing. In the beginning of february (around the 5th) I deposited $100 to ftp.

Everything was fine, until my gf wanted to play, so I decided to make a referral and possibly get some bonus out of it.
She registered from her cpu, never played on mine... no that type of an issue.

When she registered, my account got blocked due to ID investigation. Ok, cool regular procedure... I understand.

I send them my passport (w European address obviously) and my cc statement with my address in the USA.

After 2 weeks, the conclusion is that I will be semi-blocked. I can access my account just so I can change the address to the address in the passport.

Ok sounds reasonable.

I do what I was told. Email them again. And after 2 weeks another person comes and tells me that SHE'S VERY PLEASED that she can confirm photo ID but not the address. Even tho they MATCH exactly.

Sent them another email to explain the situation. The same default reply just added line ''we care about your safety''.

Now, I'm really interested if I am having a conversation with monkeys here or these are real humans.

Since it's almost been 2 months, and my money is there and I can't do anything with it does anyone know who should I go to in order to complain about these morons?

I'm definitely going to my bank and disputing the charge but other than that is there an agency that audits these poker websites?

Nothing unique whit this, FTP ****s everyone.

DONT PLAY THERE, if you havent had problems whit there customersupport theres just a matter of time.

It's an outrage. Even a week is an outrage but 2 months?

And even worse, I feel like im talking to Homer Simpson himself.

Please just let me know their audit agency where I can complain about this bs.

I think they just want to see a bill or bank statement with the address on your passport, right? Are you unable to do that for some reason?

Yes because my passport is from my home country and now I live in the US. My passport obviously cannot be on my US address.

My address can be confirmed with my cc statement and my identity with my passport.

Pokerstars enabled my account in 5 minute

This is the absolute worst option. It is a sure way to get your account blocked permanently, and possibly also other accounts associated to yours.

there are no accounts associated with mine. and it's just a situation where I have my passport that must be associated with my permanent address in Europe, and my cc from my bank account that I use as a payment because I go to school in the US. I would definitely not charge back any deposits. I would have asked for a clear explanation what they want. If it does not work, I would nicely have asked to escalate the issue to a supervisor. If it does not work, I would have posted the complete email exchange here, and maybe someone could have translated what they want or need from FullTilt-ese into plain English.

Nope. Never. I had that account for 2 days. My gf's account got suspended also. She haven't gotten a chance to deposit any money though. She sent all her documents but she hasn't gotten a single reply from FTP. I guess I should be lucky that I even got a few.

It's very simple what they need. They want my ID and my cc address to match. That's impossible because my only ID is my passport and my cc is my US cc. These addresses will obviously be different.

Then they said - ok the only thing we need is you to change the address on your account to your passport address. So, I did. Then I got a reply

I'm going to go ahead and take a wild guess that since ArmaniFresh is also banned on Stars you are banned for being up to no good. its real humans but they work v v v closely to a script so often the answers seem like they've not even read ur question when reeli they have.

hope this gets sorted for u, they are just going through the appropriate channels, things seem long winded but its because ftp are so careful and professional that they draw in such a huge crowd.
