It's widely known betonline is a scam for anybody who wins and significant amount of money.

Sounds like you should have come here before depositing there OP, there's only about 10 other threads here like this.

I read many complaints too on BetOnline but SBR saying they start to pay off withdrawal so I deposit couple g for mma fights.

Than there are more complaints coming in, so I got worry and decide to make my 1st cash out. They said it takes 24hr to reviewed and 36hr to process, and according to their live chat support that 60hr is equivalents to 2 weeks....lol. 2 weeks or 1 month it doesn't matter to me as long as I get my $$$ using Skrill.

They said I will received it in 11/28/12, let see what happen on 11/29/12.

Awesome news for me, I got my low 4-figures pay out 1 week ahead of time from BetOnline thanks to the world wide web of gambling community and the forum. I am requesting another pay out, just don't feel comfortable with them anymore. I going to to stick with Pinnacle and 5Dimes and few SBR A books only from now on.

Today DC at betonline called me and said the check is not good, I cant cash or deposit the check, can you believe this ****? They're writing bad checks
Now they want to pay me by ****ing money order

doh thats a double bad beat yay got check oops cant deposit its not good and after 1 month . Online poker in the usa what can you do? Hopefully you get the money order in less then one month. I am empathizing with you hope you get money order asap.

Again, a new bad experience with betonline.
I started playing on betonline in April of this year. I made a deposit for 5k$.
I played poker and I made a few sport bets to finally reach a 15k$ amount on my account. All of this happened in two weeks.
Then I started to worry when I chated with other regs who didn't think that the room was reliable. My worries were confirmed when I found a lot of links googling " betonline scam".
I tried to cashout 5k$. Of course, knowing that it wouldn't be that easy, I've been especially careful. I provided them all the documents they could need, billing adress, ID with picture etc..

And here we are, they suddenly frozen my account, pretexting that it was under investigation. That's fine, I've been thinking, they've maybe not checked my documents yet, let's wait a while.
But a few weeks later, obviously no signs of life. I emailed them 4-5 times but still no answers.
A few months later I decided to use their live chat.
Here are some logs:

benjamin: Hello , my poker account is locked since 4 months , i sent many emails no answers , i used this live chat too , like 5 times , they told me their manager will contact me , i just never receive any answers

The last conversation is so unreal, that guy avoiding my answers, it seems to be clear there is sthg not normal happening.
So, 4 months later since my account has been frozen, and I still don't know for what reason.

It is now 7 months, I emailed them again ten days ago, and not even an answer.

I know that some players here have been successfully helped by some ppl of you, and I'm a little bit desperate that's why I'm asking your help or some advices. And if it's a fail, I hope it will warn some other ppl that the room is not reliable.

its gone. imo, 2+2 should have a sticky list of sites not recomemded not to play. Sites would take more notice if they are on the list. no idea about legal issues though.

why don't you call them on phone and ask for manager?

If you were thinking of trying them out and it just took this one thread to dissuade you, you might want to search the forums a bit because this must be at least the 5th thread about BOL issues, never mind the PayNoRake thread, who are on the same network.

Oh gosh, why did you waited 4 months? As soon as I read cash out delay on BetOnline, I cashout 1g to test if the complain is true. My 1st cash out they jerk me around saying 24hr review, 36hr process using Skrill. I say it been well over 72hr sir, support said they only work 4hr a day, so it takes 2 weeks plus. I didn't wait! I don't give a f*ck if they pay me or not(of course I want to get paid but I am not playing stall tactic game with them). I post every forum I can think of, of their shady practice: SBR, 2+2, Cover, Sherdoy, etc. I was hoping they get shut down sooner than later, save other from depositing on that site. Soon as I make some noise, I was paid 1 week early then the 2 weeks time line. If I keep quiet like you, I might not see my $$$ even after 2 weeks. But your balance is 15g, it is worth to steal and you might not know what to do about it. My was only 1g+ cash out with 4g balance, and making lot of noise on the world wide web. You need to put pressure on them, post everywhere you can think of, use google search on poker forum and sport bet forum. Gl. If you don't feel like posting everywhere, than at least post at SBR and file a complain with Justin7...he is the man.

TBH guys, i grind merge and dont read this part of forums like, if it had nothing to do with merge, it never interested me. A friend of mine just told me he got off 800 bucks in 3 days successfullly so i figured i should start looking into it. I found this, and since i have potential to run up a 5 or 6 fig roll i wont even touch this site now.

I can't remember which site it is (maybe SBR?) who has a history of not giving a bad rating to sportsbooks when they know they are shady (because the sportsbook is advertising on their site)

Why would an affiliate site list someone in the top 10 hmm? And how come that there are so many threads about rogue behavior of BOL on 2+2?

I think we need someone online to look over and watch all online poker sites so they don't take anyones money.

If poker becomes legal here, this could happen all the time. It has to be built into any federal laws, that someone is going to be watching what they are doing with other peoples money, or else it will just be like buying a penny stock in a company that runs off with your money.

And should everyone else who is having trouble cashing out from the site also STFU? Because we've had countless threads from others having problems. Great to hear you've never had a problem, but that doesn't mean no one else has.
