If that was true VIP systems would reward the people who deposit the most, not the ones who rake the most. A fish pond is worthless without regs playing it because the rate of cash income is much lower, the site has a lot of costs. At this point with how large they are, they can profit by cutting out part of their liquidity, as long as it's the withdrawal end of their liquidity that gets cut. Fish obviously have never cared that much about rb% so why offer it? They're happy with a Stars Shark Plush Toy as long as they're being entertained.
Example:
deposits = $100 and withdrawals = $25 --> gross profit = $75
deposits = $90 and withdrawals = $10 --> gross profit = $80 with less overhead costs
As long as reductions in withdrawals outpace reductions in deposits, they are laughing to the bank. If they can manage to turn this into an unbeatable spinning casino, they'll be making far more than the Scheinbergs ever did even with all of 2+2 gone.
