It can't remain static because either the fee would be so high no one would pay it or a competing exchange would offer trades for a lower fee.

Support gave some generic line about technical issues and that it would be fixed 72 hours later. They have still not refunded correct amounts for the CHP that was in play and have simply deposited the buy-in for the tables that crashed.
Which basically meant they short changed all winnings i had at the table at the time. There is no way to know why they can't refund the correct amount and where the CHP ended up going.
Support has also stopped responding. I would be wary about playing for large sums of money on this site.
The site is in test phase and you haven't understood what that means. There is no way to make a secure efficient software without testing and there is no way to test without opening it up to public players. And yes their support sucks, but that is not an indication of shadyness, its an indication that the devs weren't thinking about the significance of good support EARLY ON, and were concentrating on scalable and secure software.

From what I've read it seems that this business is based on a boiler room operation where the players are the ones who are used to buy up CHP's and "hopefully" the value of them will increase if demand does as well. If the site shuts down overnight two things could happen.
1) The site is honourable and returns players CHP to them.
2) The site isn't and keeps the CHP.
Unfortunately... unlike for Bitcoin CHP's have absolutely no use on this planet for any type of transaction therefore 1 and 2 are the exact same.
To sum it up this seems like a total operator freeroll... where if things go well then both site and players win.... but if things go south the players are the ones holding the bag.
Based on what I've read in this thread and the lack of transparency etc I'd recommend staying clear at least until things stabilize with price and a proven record of cashouts have occurred. Let someone else do the gambling for you.
You don't understand anything and its disheartening and not fair since I spent so much time modulating the argument and explanation the new model in different essays/articles. I know you are of the most moral players, but that is no excuse for ignorance. Firstly I don't think you realize that you don't keep a bankroll on coinpoker, you are quite able and welcome to keep your chps in a separate wallet so its not exactly accurate to say "the site returns their chps".
You said its an operator free roll but there are many many players now that have won many DOLLARS worth of chps playing free rolls. They just gave a month of free rolls. I don't know how much they gave away, I think perhaps over $500,000 maybe over a million etc. Those players can now collect their money.
You were caught in past saying bitcoin has no use on the planet and therefore is worth zero. That was at a time when I was banned for saying that a poker coin will arise and have great ramications and great value. You will make this mistake twice?
I think you owe it to the community to educate yourself a little after you just grossly misrepresented the truth of this project.
Early adopters stand to gain the most.

Of course. This is a given. But on a free market the price of the token reflects the underlying honesty of the issuer, there is now a price for chps and as more exchanges pick it up there will be a price discovery and this will tell the truth of the matter. Right now players are free to cash our their free roll winnings (and we will expect a short term downward pressure on the price accordingly.

Is allcoin a reputable site?
I used it and it was fine. I think i had to give my drivers license number, which i did in case I need to verify myself (ie i lose my credentials), but i think probably you could put a fake one in. Just don't store a ton of value on the exchange, and perhaps if you have a lot of chps to buy or sell then you can do a test exchange with a smaller amount.
It is also on hitbtc as I understand which also reputable enough to make an exchange but I haven't heard if they are serving chp exchanges well and I haven't tried it out.
There is also etherdelta which is reputable as it is effectively decentralized (I believe) but it has a learning curve for people new to ethereum/crypto.
