Create account last night and deposit 25000 USDT via my crypto wallet. Played and had an ending balance of around 36000 today. Try and login and says account suspended. I send them all verification materials but apparently i had entered some random info when signing up. They said the information does not match and seized all the money just like that which was shocking to me. I asked if why they can't just refund back to the wallet i deposited and they wont respond to anything. Feels like it is pure theft do not recommend anyone play there unless they can actually rectify the situation. Anyone else here have a similar experience? Also if anyone has any contact info i have already reached out the CEO PHIL NAGY and waiting on a response. REALLY SCARY honestly never had someone literally just steal money when i did nothing wrong.

What info do not match, you moved and address to not match ? You entered the wrong birthday ? You used somebody else name ?

no i didnt do anythign weird.. i used AUTOFILL and some of the info was wrong.. they took my deposit.. and then they said doesn't match sorry all your funds are ours NOW.. i aksed them to refund the funds back to the SAME WALLET.. so there cannot be any issue so what you are saying make no sense..

address was off only the city .. and cuz of that they seized 36k 10 hours after i deposited..

they are escalating again.. not sure what that means.. but maybe they fix and refund .. i hope they are good people and not thieves..

still nothing.. was able to contact PHIL NAGY and he said funds should never be taken like that.. but stil havent gotten any money back and noone responding.. will update tomorrow .. hopefully the site is not a complete scam

Acr is not a money laundering site.. your sound completely shady.. if you can write English you should read their terms and conditions.

What people need to learn from your experience is that they should take ten minutes or so to read the company's T&C before depositing their money, be it $25,000 or whatever other amount they are prepared to risk losing if they don't follow the T&C, precisely.

I'm not aware of an auto-fill able to detect an ACR client, you should have a pretty good one.

LOL at the fact you would put random information and think they will payout, you should have used your real information when making an account, and also made sure you account was verified and ready to go for withdrawing and everything before making such a big deposit. Thats advice for any poker site, make sure your account is good to go before you make a deposit, you will be lucky if they give you your original deposit back. Hard for us to be on your side and say they are in the wrong here.

AGAIN the team has not rugged the funds but are looking into it further and likely to be returned as the CEO said they have never confiscated before despite the policy.. will update when final resolution is done but after talking to management and some of their pros I feel better..

Crypto wallet are anon, like you said, but poker site are not. ACR is one of the less regulated but they have rules. First, your action smell like money laundry from a mile. Second, if all that, is really a honest mistake, wow, I have no other words then wow.

I follow this advice anytime I sign up for a new site... make sure you have completed any ID/KYC verification, and send an email confirming you are verified and able to make a successful withdrawal (done before I ever make a deposit)

It is very unlikely he would tell you that the case is very easy to win since it is dealing with the laws of another country.

You violated the KYC (Know your customer), which is one of the biggest things that a poker site has to follow, no matter what country it is in. By misleading them of your identity, you violated their terms and conditions. They could possibly be fined more than $35,000 just for letting you play under a false identity. It might not be 100% right to consficate your entire bankroll, but you are 100% in the wrong for giving them false information.
